'Friendly staff'

'De hotelkamer was prettig ruim en het ontbijt was prima. Helaas hing er 's avonds een sterke rioolgeur in de wc, die in de ochtend alleen maar erger werd; gelukkig moesten we in de ochtend uitchecken, want anders was de kamer onbewoonbaar geweest.'

'They gave us a room with a broken refrigerator that can’t be fixed as they told us later, no phone connection to the reception, broken TV, and rude staff. When we asked to be transferred to another room with better view, the reception staff were not accepting that until they sent someone to try to fix all these issues. The receptionist didn’t bother himself to share with us the internet connection procedure and the breakfast time and location. Later, after arguing with the receptionist, they...

'Loved the skybar, firm beds and big bathrooms. '

'Everything was great!'

'Very nice rooms, great view. Good WiFi. Staff was polite and helpful. Nice and clean pool. Unfortunatly there were 6 young men drinking beer in the water and burping and talking/singing loud. Breakfast was a little disappointing. They serve you a standard meal and that was it.'

'Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, großes Apartment, (fast zu schade für nur eine Nacht) gutes Essen, Frühstück auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet'

'I was pleasantly surprised with Cezar Hotel and its staff in Banja Luka. The effort given to satisfy their guest is really at the highest level. I truly recommend this hotel. It is close to the main transport (bus, train) hub in Banja Luka, and at the same time at the waling distance from the beautiful city centre. The public transport is functional (about 1/2EUR per ride), people on the street are extremely polite and helpful if you ask question (not everyone speaks English or French though)'

'Tv didn’t work We asked for more towel and they told us to wait the day after even if the hotel was empty . The “breakfast” was already included we just had a glass of water and oj and when we asked for 2 cappuccino they told us it’s not included so we pay it for it . Picture of advertising are not really the same of the reality of the room .'

'10/10 very modern and nice'

'How perfect can it get? Meticulously clean and as described, responsive, friendly and helpful host, convenient free parking, right next to a square with restaurants, pharmacy and pub, within walking distance to many more restaurants… I can’t say anything was any less than expected or advertised, or even less than hoped for. I also liked that it was convenient to the airport and close to the Tunnel of Hope/Tunnel of Salvation and King Fahd Mosque, two places on my bucket list. Would...
