'It was very clean. The king sized bed was surprisingly comfortable. The step in shower was a big plus. It was extremely close to many restaurants and stores (short walking distance). Comfortable porch to sit and people watch. Artsy Me just downstairs was super fun and our family painted our own pottery there. We visited Apalachicola for the first time with our adult daughter and the place was very accommodating for all 3 of us. '

'Great location! On the bay but a quick walk to the beach. The SGI State Park was amazing. The place was nice for the 2 nights we stayed. Wish we would have stayed longer to explore the island more and had more time on the beach, which by the way was empty! Great for relaxing.'

'We met the owner personally. He was very friendly. He answered all our messages almost immediately. The pool was refreshing and being able to pull up by boat was a plus. We were very comfortable. It was a quick bike ride to the beer fest we were attending. We also enjoyed meeting their pet cats! '

'The stay at the “mermaid” house was fantastic from arrival through departure!! The house was clean, comfortable and stocked with amenities! The open floor plan was ideal! And location, location, location!! We could walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Oh, and almost every business is pet friendly! We would highly recommend this place to family and friends!'
