With 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, 2 bathrooms, and room for up to 10 guests, this comfortable home is the perfect place for families, friends, ski weekends, summer lake days, and relaxing group getaways.

The home sits directly across a small private street from its own lakefront property. Just steps from the house, you’ll have access to your private lakefront area on Channel Lake, where you can fish from the pier, launch the canoe, enjoy the water, or simply relax and take in the views.

Inside, the open-concept living space is designed for gathering. The centerpiece is a large 360-degree kitchen island where everyone can cook, eat, and hang out together. The kitchen flows naturally into the main living area, making it easy for the entire group to spend time together.

When you’re ready for some friendly competition, head to the three-season room, featuring a regulation-size pool table and dart board. Space heaters are available during the cooler months, making this a fun gathering space beyond the summer season.

Outside, the large backyard gives everyone room to spread out. Grill a meal, relax with a drink, gather around the fire pit, or spend the evening roasting marshmallows under the stars.
