Our 3 bedroom villa (sleeps 6) provides all what you may need for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Its located on the golf course of Caleta de Fuste, less than 600m walking to the sandy beaches, shops, restaurants, casino or cinema. The town center is just 2,5 km away. We offer a private pool ( pool-heating optionally cost), spacious terraces and sun roof to chill out, BBQ or sunbathing. The Villa is furnished whith elegant, high quality furniture, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. There is WIFI , Pool-heating , Air con, huge flat screen tv, stereo, enormous wardrobes in all bedrooms, towels and linen provided. (for extra towels and linen or cleaning. optionally cost)

We stayed over new year as a family of 5. 2 adults, 3 children. David was excellent. Great communication. When we arrived we were informed the washing machine was broken, the dishwasher was broken and the pool heater was broken. It was a shame all three things broke at the same time. It wasn’t the warmest time of year so sadly made the pool unusable until it was fixed on our last day. Regardless of the issues we still had a lovely time. Comfortable accommodation, nice outside furniture, quiet location yet close to the many amenities and very clean.

Super Villa in great location!

We had a fabulous stay in David’s villa. Villa itself was super! Incredibly clean, well looked after, plenty big enough for us (family of 5) and great for us being all on one level! Pool was a big hit with the children (11,9,5), especially it being heated! BBQ and seating area was also great. Lovely & quiet around the villa, easy walking distance to all amenities, restaurants and beach. Beach again was super for the children, clean and shallow. David was the perfect host. Not at all intrusive but there instantly should we need him. Also very knowledgable about the area. Would highly recommend & will visit again. Next time with a car to explore this fab sunny island!

Fabulous in Villa Anna

Just back from a 2 week stay here and had a fantastic time. The villa was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in was easy and David’s son, Robert, met us at the property. Communication with both David and Robert during our stay was excellent. The villa itself was spacious and we had ample space for the four of us. The seating areas were great as was the roof terrace. And the heated pool was a bonus as we were in It most days. Was one of our best stays in Caleta and can’t wait to go back!

Relaxing and productive

The stay at Villa Anna was very nice and as we had never been to Fuerteventura, the discovery of Castillo Caleta de Fuste town was a pleasant surprise. The villa is conveniently located in a walking distance to the shops and restaurants and the neighbourhood was quiet and secure. The golf course was as well in a walking distance, a good heat up routine to walk the about 1000 m to the club house. The golf course is excellent and provided good sport during the stay. At the villa everything was as described, very comfortable with all amneties on hand and the swimming pool was well maintained by the pool service as we had opted to pay for the pool heating during our stay of 4 weeks. The comfort of the beds and living room was of excellent standard and overall, we can recommend Villa Anna for short or longer stays. David was very responsive host and the couple of queries we raised were quickly resolved. Thank you very much and we may decide to return in future to discover more of the surrounding area, as we opted to stay mainly at the villa and walk to the nearby beaches and restaurants, so we still have discoveries to make in Fuerteventura.

Villa Anna - Caletta De Fuste

What a beautiful villa. Everything is top spec, beautifully presented and plenty of space. Plenty of sun loungers, even loungers and seating on the roof terrace which offers a fantastic view. Garden is lovely with a gorgeous pool. Located in a quiet street, very peaceful but a 10 min walk to the nearest supermarket which is located in a lovely shopping centre next door to the Sheraton Hotel. Roughly 15 mins walk to restaurants and beach (depending on your speed), longer if you want to slowly wander. Good access for wheelchairs as we had a wheelchair user with us. David, the owner, was in contact to help us out on arrival which was great. A highly recommended place to stay if you prefer to be away from the noisy crowds. Beautiful.

Great stay

The villa was great. Really close to shops and a few bars and restaurants. A further 20 min walk takes you to celata centre, either along the road or coastal walk. Good communication with David allowed us to drop our bags off early as our flight was changed. He also checked on us by phone a couple of days later to check all was ok.

Fantastic Villa - Perfect Home in the Sun

We’ve been to Caleta now for 10 years and stayed in the villas numerous times . Villa Anna was perfect for our holiday. Furnished with everything you need and the garden furniture (we spend all our time in it) is of a high standard. David the owner was incredibly helpful and provided great information pre arrival as well as checking in during our stay. Property managers also fantastic.

Family holiday

A fantastic villa. Communication with David the owner was brilliant from booking to arrival. The villa has everything you need and is furnished to a very high standard. The location means it is just a short walk to the beach and shopping centre. The view from the rooftop is beautiful and the outdoor furniture was lovely for relaxing by the pool. We would defiantly recommend staying at Villa Anna and will hopefully be booking a return trip very soon.

El alojamiento es excelente. Nos encontramos con algunos fallos que nos los solventaron con celeridad y con amabilidad por el hijo del propietario. La recepción es exclusivamente en inglés. Creo que deben dar un servicio en español, por razones obvias, destacar la calidad de los electrodomésticos y menaje de la cocina!!! Un sitio para descansar por la ausencia de vecinos molestos.. puedes ir a la playa andando en 15 minutos Y supermercado, tiendas . Para repetir

Amazing stay in Villa Anna

Just home from an amazing two week stay in the beautiful Villa Anna. The property was immaculately presented and had everything you could possibly need for a two week stay. We were surprised how big the accommodation actually is and feel the pictures don’t do it justice. Spacious bedrooms and bathroom, lovely modern kitchen and a fantastic outdoor space with spectacular views from the rooftop balcony. My children loved the pool which again was much bigger than I expected. We also loved the location, only taking around a 20 minutes for a leisurely walk into the main town. We found the surrounding neighbourhood to be very quiet and safe, especially when returning later in the evenings. David was a brilliant host from start to finish and we used many of his recommendations for local restaurants…all of which were first class! Thank you David, we would love to return to your lovely villa again one day!

Fantastic Villa

Villa Anna is just perfect. The location is 15/20 mins walk from the main pubs and restaurants therefore it offers total relaxation. There are a few restaurants in the Atlantic shopping centre which ks 10 mins walk. The villa was spotless. Beautiful palm trees in the garden. The pool and terrace area is very spacious with sun loungers, quality dining suite and another lounge suite - great for sunbathing and even better for dtinks in the evening . We stayed here late June 2022 and the neighbourhood is quiet. There appeared to be many retired people living in neighbouring villas. The villa is very spacious with a large kitchen ( we didnt cook as we ate out most nights ) and used the BBQ which was great. The communication with the owner was excellent. Overall I cant fault this lovely Villa and Calette de Fuste is a lovely resort with two of the best beaches anywhere.

A beautiful villa, with every intention of returning.

This is a beautiful villa, with all amenities within that you could need. Communication with David the host was excellent from the initial enquiry. 4 of us stayed in the villa, but even having 2 more would have been fine with the villa large enough for 6. This is assisted by 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The added bonus is the washing machine that means you can wash clothes during your stay and not have to fill your suitcase so much on the way out, allowing you to take full advantage of the many gift shops, boutiques and your duty free allowance on the way home. The pool is a beautiful addition, as is the BBQ. We have stayed in Caleta many times before, but this is the first time we have stayed on this side of town. The noticable difference is how much quieter this side of the bay is, perfect for a relaxing break. That said it is not so remote that you cannot get supplies as there are restaurants and shops within close walking distance and the location is only a 20 min stroll or cheap taxi ride from the centre of town, which has never disappointed us with the good bars and restaurants available. I think our only criticism would be the lack of a fan in the master bedroom, leading to some warm nights without a huge respite from the beautifully warm canarian nights, but that is a small minor negative to such a beautiful rental location. We have already started to plan a return visit. Thank you David for sharing your beautiful accommodation.

Family holiday

We booked this villa along with another villa in the same area for a family holiday over a year ago. Due to the circumstances (Covid) we were unsure if we would manage to get away as planned and David’s communication with us and understanding about us postponing/changing dates etc was excellent. He responded quickly and was always available to speak to should we require this. The villa was lovely, clean and tidy and a great location just a short walk from the atlantico centre with several shops, including a supermarket and a lovely beach. We had a great time and would definitely book this villa again. Thanks David.

The property is excellent, with everything available for a relaxing holiday in the sun. The furnishing and fixtures are of a very high standard. Beautiful Villa

The villa was beautifully clean and extremely well equipped. The outdoor furniture was actually the deciding factor for us to book this house. It was of a very high standard and very luxurious. The newly built brick barbecue was a great surprise. David was very helpful throughout the whole process and we will not hesitate in going back again .

Lovely Villa

This is a lovely villa with great outdoor space also a cosy little sheltered place out of the wind for evening drinks. Close to Caleta de Fuste and sandy beach.
