'Our stay was great! The staff were super friendly, welcoming and accomodating. Our room was clean. There were several pools on the resort as well which really helps spread everyone out. It never felt overcrowded at the resort even though they were full. Great place to stay!'

"Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. "
