'Cocobay is a great boutique all-inclusive. With only 65 couples cottages it never feels crowded. The bars and restaurant are top-flight. The pools and beach are beautiful and loungers and cabanas are always available. The only thing that needs to be improved is the spotty WiFi. '

'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'The beaches, staff, food and drinks were all amazing. Our room could have used a little maintenance but it did not matter to us. The ceiling had a leak. We were on the beach most of the time so we did not mention it. The sunsets at this property were gorgeous. We will absolutely be back. '

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'
