This apartment freshly renovated during winter 2024 is located at the second level of the building without an elevator. It is a duplex of 50 m2, with 2 bedrooms !

It is composed of :

- Opened kitchen looking over the living room with a fridge, coffee filter machine, kettle, stoves, oven, dishes, microwave
- dining room area with a table for 4 people


At the first floor of the apartment, you have :

- one bedroom with hanging racks, double bed
- une bathroom with a shower
- one other bedroom with hanging racks, double bed and a beautiful view of Antibes !
- One separeted toilet room

This apartment has Wifi.

## Access

Guests have access to the entire apartment (except from one closet closed for personal belongings in the first bedroom).

## Interaction

I work in Antibes and am available by phone (SMS, calls). I totally can swing by in case of problem in order to insure the quality of your stay.
to explain everything and answer your questions.

The check-in is between 16 hours and 20 hours. If the check-in is later than 20 hours, please contact me to arrange an appointment for a self check in.

## Neighborhood

Ideally placed in a pedestrian street for successful holidays (parking nearby).

The beautiful and typical district of the old Antibes. A neighborhood full of charm, with its narrow streets, ramparts, harbor, beaches, shops, restaurants.

Numerous markets all week including the famous Provencal market. A holiday atmosphere assured! You will be charmed by this very popular area for the holidays!

You are only 10 minutes walk from the beach "La Gravette".

## Transit

Antibes SNCF train and bus station is about 10 minutes walk from the accommodation.
By car, the journey from Nice Airport is approximately 30 minutes depending on the traffic.
If you do not have a car you can either take a taxi from the airport or a bus (No. 250) that will drop you off at the "Place de General de Gaulle" in Antibes (5 minutes walk from the accommodation).

## Notes

Renovations in the building/roof are being done from April 2025 to mid June 2025 during the day. Some noice might be possible.

We offer amenities, sheets and shower towels are included in the rental price.
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. The dishes must however be cleaned and the bins thrown away.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building without elevator.
There is no washing machine in the apartment but you have a launderette just 1 minute walk away.


No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
One set of bed linen is given upon arrival per bed. One towel per person.
