From a swimming pool to sauna to a bubble bath to impressive views, this luxurious villa in Villanueva de la Concepción offers everything for a memorable vacation. With 3 bedrooms to house 8, this villa is perfect for families or groups.

The nearest town centre is 500 m away, and La Higuera supermarket is at 700 m. You can drive to La Joya to eat out, 3.5 km away. The historic city of Antequera is at 22 km. The cities of Córdoba, Sevilla, Ronda and Granada are all within 140 km and can be visited on day trips.

Enjoy a few laps in swimming pool or play in the padel court and then warm up in sauna and the bubble bath, while the marvellous views of Sierra del Sur de El Torcal mountains engross you. There is under-floor heating and a cosy fireplace for winter days. High quality furnishings, antiques, garden and terrace are other box tickers for any vacationer. Being a pet-friendly home, max. 1 pet is allowed free of charge.

Los Chaparros was perfect
Our small group enjoyed and made full use of all this comfortable and stunning villa and beautiful manicured grounds had to offer. The owner Montse is exactly as the reviews suggest, very warm, friendly and funny. Going out of her way (but never interfering) to suggest or help where needed. Montse’s input made our visit so much more than we expected. It was with reluctance we waved goodbye at the end of our stay. We selected this villa because of the padel tennis court. While the location is quiet it was exactly what we wanted and a perfect base to visit further a field

A luxury holiday in a privileged location
Los Chaparros is a very special place to enjoy the peace and quiet that its privileged location provides. Surrounded by olive trees, countryside and mountains, manicured gardens and many places to relax. We have enjoyed two weeks in July for 6 people with all the comforts that the house offers. It has everything you need to feel at home. In the mornings the pool area, which is very large and perfect for swimming and for the children to enjoy, is the ideal place to enjoy the sun or have a snack in the shade, taking advantage of the area prepared for this purpose, with a fridge in the adjoining building. The afternoons and evenings are wonderful, with the cool mountain breeze in the middle of July in hot Andalusia. We have really enjoyed family dinners on the terrace with different types of lighting (the house is full of details), surrounded by mountains, clear skies and thousands of stars. The internet connection is great for being in the middle of the countryside with coverage even in the outdoor areas. A small shop less than 1 km away where you can find all the essentials and a supermarket, butchers, hardware stores, bakeries and other shops in Villanueva de la Concepción where you can find everything you need for your holidays. Bread, vegetables and fish can be taken home if you want, which is very convenient. Before arriving at your destination you will receive all the necessary information from Mrs Oriol about the house and where and how to get everything you need. In addition, she is always available to answer any questions you may have by phone. Nearby is Tere, who makes sure that everything is fine, taking care of everything without you noticing and to whom I send a big hug because she is lovely. We have not had any problem in these two weeks. I couldn't have chosen a better place to rest, enjoy the family and feel at home.

Comodidad y relax en un entorno privilegiado.
Los Chaparros es un lugar realmente especial. Hasta el más mínimo detalle está cuidadosamente preparado con mimo por la Sra. Oriol. Las instalaciones funcionan perfectamente, todo está realmente limpio y ordenado. Las vistas y la ubicación de la casa son perfectas para relajarse y disfrutar. Uno se siente tan agusto desde que pone un pie en ella que luego no se quiere ir. Definitivamente volveremos en cuanto tengamos ocasión.

Great place and great hostess
The house is even nicer irl than what shown in the pictures. Montserrat is the greatest and nicest hostess (and a great chef). The PDL-court was in perfect condition, pool area is also great. There is a super market only a couple of minutes away from the house that has pretty much whatever you need, and if you can't find what you are looking for in the supermarket, there is a bigger one in the village only a 10-15 minutes drive from the house. If you wanna play PDL, chill by the pool and have nice BBQ evenings, this is the place for you! We will definitely come back. Cheers! :)

Amazing visit in a wonderful house wich has it all!
We were 8 guys who went go this amazing house in a wonderful place. Our main reason for this trip was to relax, swim in the pool and play padel. Also to eat a lot of good food togehter by the terrace. We got all of this and much more. It was so relaxing just to sit by the pool and look out on the amazing mountain views. A lot of space to hang out together for all of us even though we were 8 persons. The padel-court was good and had some great lights for the evenings/nights. I strongly recommend to go and visit this fabolous, charming house close to Malaga/Antequera. We will have a lot of great memorys from this place and we will visit again fore sure. Best of greetings, Sebastian and friends from Sweden.

A fantastic villa, beautiful surroundings an a lovely host!
Everything was great! We could not have asked for more. The villa is luxurious, the landscape breathtaking and the host very helpful. Nearby villages and national parks are also worth a visit.
