We offer for rent a brand new chalet providing the "high-end" experience you would expect from a fully equipped, recently built chalet (construction completed in 2025!).

This prestigious chalet is fully air-conditioned and features 3 bedrooms – 2 of which are on the ground floor (a rare find!) – accommodating up to 10 people with 3 double beds, 1 sofa bed, and an air mattress (ideal for children). Each bedroom is also air-conditioned and has a TV.

Featuring a completely renovated layout that offers all the comforts of modern living and ensures your well-being and relaxation, whether with family or friends, you'll enjoy a wide range of amenities:

- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), refrigerator and freezer, toaster, coffee maker, raclette and fondue set...
- A cozy living room with elegant décor, a Smart TV, and free Wi-Fi...
- Two bathrooms complete the property (one on the ground floor and another upstairs, accessible directly from the bedroom).

Outside, you can enjoy the south-facing terrace (partially covered) with its garden furniture and table, perfect for relaxing moments. A spa/jacuzzi and a barrel sauna are directly accessible from the terrace, complementing the wellness facilities. Children's games are available, including Finnish skittles (molky), badminton rackets, and more.

Perfectly suited for families with young children, the chalet provides a range of equipment: a travel cot (with a mattress), a changing mat, a high chair, and child-friendly tableware.

The chalet also boasts an exceptional location, less than 15 minutes from Gérardmer and 40 minutes from Alsace.

Located on the edge of the forest, and set back from a very quiet road, you benefit from a private parking space in front of the chalet (2/3 vehicles) offering you quick access to the nearest commercial area (bakery, Super U, etc.) (2 km).

A perfect place to enjoy the region with family and friends! Ideally located for hikers, bikers, and skiers wishing to explore the Vosges Mountains or Alsace while enjoying absolute comfort and prestige in a peaceful setting!

Adjustable pricing is in place, so please ensure you specify the exact number of guests when booking. A surcharge of €25 per person per night is automatically applied to the rate for groups of more than 6 guests.

OPTION: Towels and bedding will be carefully prepared for your arrival.
