The pool area includes a paved space for loungers and a large sheltered deck equipped with a ceiling fan. Whether you're lounging on the sofa and chairs or dining at the beautiful wooden table, relaxation is guaranteed.



For morning bliss, savor breakfast on the front deck while overlooking the lush tropical neighborhood. This tranquil and quiet area is the perfect backdrop for your escape, offering the ultimate blend of comfort and natural beauty. Fern Cottage awaits to make your getaway truly memorable.

We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.
