The living area features two comfortable sofas, a ceiling fan, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Right there is a small, but convenient four-person dining table. The kitchen may also be small, but it boasts all the essentials to prepare meals, snacks, delicious and warm coffees, and basically everything that comes to mind. There is a dishwasher that will take care of the dishes once mealtime is over. Additionally, the breakfast bar offers three dining spaces for quick meals on the go.



    The bedroom available is at the end of the hall and offers that much-needed privacy. It also has a ceiling fan and a flatscreen TV. There's central air conditioning throughout the home plus free high-speed WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. This room has direct access to a patio area with two Adirondack chairs, a beach chair, and an outdoor dining area, perfect for four people. Back inside, the full bathroom has a convenient tub/shower combination.

The property is in a great location and easily accessible. Amenities offered were good, furniture in the sitting area could use a little upgrading but overall a nice, clean and welcoming studio apartment.

Great little place in a nice neighborhood

Enjoyed staying at this property while visiting Anna Maria Island. Beautiful houses in a very quiet street. The only thing I would recommend is a new bed.

Wedding venue

House was perfect for our son’s wedding week! The woman also did hair and makeup there The bride and groom got to have a place of their own and be close to the action on Pine Ave.

Quick couple night stay. Fit our needs well but could hear the neighbors very clearly. Bathroom is small but adequate. The WiFi and Tv were great.
