The Space:

Get ready to relax and soak up the sun in your private oasis at this ground floor home on Anna Maria Island. With a beautiful pool, your own beach volleyball court, and easy access to the Gulf beaches, you'll have everything you need for a fun-filled vacation.



Recently renovated, this home offers all the modern conveniences you could ask for. The new kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals. And when it's time to unwind, you can take your pick of four comfortable bedrooms or step outside for a refreshing outdoor shower.



We also have plenty of toys for you to enjoy, including bikes, paddle boards, Kayak . And for those who love grilling, our outdoor BBQ and patio are the perfect places to cook up some tasty meals while enjoying stunning sunset or sunrise views.



Our home is located on the north end of Anna Maria Island, where dolphins are known to frolic and the sunsets are award-winning. You'll also find a sugar sand beach, charming shops, and excellent restaurants just steps away. And if you're in the mood for some shopping or dining, a short bike or golf cart ride will take you to Pine Ave, where you'll find plenty of options to choose from.



We are also proud to be a pet-friendly vacation rental. As long as your furry friends are pre-approved and a signed pet agreement and pet fee are arranged, they are more than welcome to join in on the fun. Your pets will love playing in our new and clean turf backyard, just as much as you will love lounging by the pool or setting up a friendly game of beach volleyball.

Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, including all four bedrooms, four bathrooms, the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, patio, and backyard. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and amenities like the golf cart, pool, volleyball court, and BBQ grill. A personalized smart lock code ensures easy, keyless entry anytime after 4 PM.

Getting Around:

Fantasea is perfectly situated on the desirable North End of Anna Maria Island, offering a blend of island charm and relaxed elegance. You're just steps away from the stunning beach, ideal for fishing, spotting dolphins, or simply unwinding on the sand with the refreshing Gulf breeze. A short bike ride will take you to Pine Avenue, a delightful street filled with unique boutique shops, inviting local cafes, tempting ice cream parlors, and captivating art galleries. Explore the island by hopping on your golf cart, or take a leisurely stroll to Bayfront Park, Bean Point, or the City Pier for breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. The North End is known for its tranquility, scenic beauty, and family-friendly atmosphere, providing the best of Anna Maria Island, with its sugar-white sands, gentle waves, and welcoming island ambiance right at your doorstep.

Rates and Availability are subject to change until reservation is completed. A deposit must be received in order to reserve the dates you desire.



Pets- Non-Aggressive breeds, vaccinated & current on a flea prevention program allowed only with prior approval.

Pet Fee and Pet Waiver Required.

$300 per pet Any unauthorized pets= 25% surcharge



Traveler must provide photo ID and guest list

If for some reason the property you booked is unavailable, we may offer to rebook the Traveler at another property, if a substantially similar property is available for the same period and under a new reservation. Owner is not responsible for events beyond our control, ie: inclement weather, storms, evacuations, etc. Travel Insurance is recommended and may be purchased independently from several sites (Red Sky Travel Insurance, Square Mouth, etc.)



Due to the extensive equipment provided at the home, there are additional documents required.

The use of the bikes, SUP and Kayak require a signed Equipment Waiver for anyone 18+



All Drivers of the property's Golf Cart must be 25, and provide a copy of a valid U.S. Driver's License and Insurance.



Interaction with Guests:

Fantasea is ideally situated on Anna Maria Island's walkable North End, offering easy access to the beach, Bean Point, and the shops and restaurants of Pine Avenue. For exploring further, the free island trolley provides convenient transportation, with a stop located right on Pine Ave. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street. The closest major airport is approximately a 1-hour drive away.
