Located just one block from the sand and waves, it's easy to skip down to the beach for some sunbathing, beachcombing, and whatever else you fancy! For activities on land, hop on the free local trolley and visit any of the bars, restaurants, or cafés on the island. Don't worry about parking for your large group - there's space for one car in the garage and four cars in the driveway.

With comfort like this, you won't even have to explore the island to have a great time. Soak up sun rays with a good book on the private pool deck while the kids play a game of Marco Polo, or research activities for the day using the free WiFi. A fully equipped kitchen lets you whip up home-cooked meals for the group and a gas grill is perfect for barbecuing on those beautiful tropical days.

When you need a break from the heat, settle down in front of the flatscreen TV for a movie. End the day by watching the sunset with your beverage of choice. A private washer/dryer lets you take care of any laundry you may have.

THINGS TO KNOW
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
