Situated on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building (with a lift) the property enjoys a comfortable open-plan living room furnished with a sofa bed, a digital flatscreen HDTV and a dining table. This area also incorporates the kitchen which is fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, coffee machine and a fridge freezer.

In the summer months (June – September) guests can soak up the sun by the shared swimming pool or visit one of Angera’s local beaches (a 6-minute drive).

Location
The property is located in Bruschera on the southeastern shore of Lake Maggiore on the outskirts of Angera. The local area is known for its natural beauty, particularly the Bruschera Nature Reserve (Oasis Of Bruschera) which is a short nature walk from the property or a boat ride from Angera (a 20-minute walk). The impressive castle, La Rocca di Angera, is a 5-minute drive away where guests will find views of the southern side of the lake. Angera also benefits from the afternoon sun making it the ideal spot for an evening dip at one of its beaches (a 6-minute drive).

For those wanting to explore Lake Maggiore, the car-passenger ferry stop (Imbarcadero di Angera) is a 5-minute drive away (a 30-minute walk). Parco del Golfo della Quassa, the waterfront nature park featuring hiking trails, biking routes and lakeside beaches is a 5-minute drive away. There is also a restaurant and a grocery store within a 5-minute walk of the property and guests will find a small tennis club a 10-minute walk away.
