The villa is situated in the peaceful residential area of Cala Moragues, just a short drive from Puerto de Andratx with its variety of cafes and restaurants. Sant Elm and Sa Dragonera Natural Park are easily accessible by car. During July and August, you can enjoy the twice-weekly concerts in Andratx. Best accessed by car due to unpaved roads leading to the property.
