Chalets in Andes

'Excellent location with stunning outdoor spaces. I would recommend that guests have access control. Heating would be beneficial as it gets quite cold at night. Hot water should also be a priority.'

'El jacuzzi no está protegido, se ensucia muy fácil con la lluvia y las hojas que caen de los árboles.'

'I arrived to claim my reservation. Called front desk. I tell them I’ve arrived the lady hangs up, I sit outside the gate for 45 minutes waiting to be let in to claim my room and such, and no one arrived. I kept calling and would be ignored. Never got my room. Don’t waste your time. '

'Everything about this hotel was absolutely wonderful: the location, the rooms, the grounds, the opportunities for relaxation and entertainment, and the service! Special thanks to the owners of this amazing place, who stayed with us throughout our visit — giving recommendations, entertaining us, and preparing the most delicious breakfast for us. This was definitely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at!'

'It was so peaceful and relaxing. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The jacuzzi was fantastic. The internet is not the best but really this place is for disconnecting from everything and finding peace. They exceed there'

'Very nice place, clean, with everything you need. The view is awesome, very clean outdoor bath. 10/10'

'Words cannot even describe this location. It was one of the most amazing experiences I habe ever had. The pictures do not do it justice. They will be there for every need also.'
