« I would like to start by saying I was not expecting anything luxurious, but finding roaches in the bed headboard area was definitely not what I expected.
When I checked in, the front desk associate was polite, and the check-in process was quick and easy. However, after about three hours in the room, I noticed a roach on the wall. Once I started looking around more carefully, I found another on the TV console, one near the edge of the headboard, and later a small roach even walked across my iPad...

« There was food left in the fridge when we got to the room. They did not have the breakfast buffet like it was advised when we booked the room because it was being renovated.
