« Room was good sized. We also didn't hear the other guests at all inside the room. All requests were handled promptly. We paid a discounted rate through Expedia, and for that reason, it was a bargain for what you got. We didn't eat at the onsite restaurant (which was a little pricey for us), but it might have been good.The best part was the beautiful grounds and being right on the river. »

« Clean clean clean !!!
When they provide a non-smoking room that is what you get; not a room that has been sprayed to disguise cigarette odors that makes it smell as bad or worse than just cigarettes.
I am a former smoker who cannot abide even walking by someone smoking outdoors.
I do not rate frequently. These proprietors really make the effort and it shows.
They're also very nice people.
Anderson is a good layover on a long road trip, and Motel 6 Anderson is within walking distance of...

« Were unable to get inside upon first arriving, messaged host and they replied shortly. Locked ourselves out later in the stay and once again they replied promptly. The property and interior were wonderful with a great view and working amenities. Thank you hannah and Rob! »

« Such a relaxing time at the Riverhouse! Absolutely gorgeous location right on the Sacramento River. The house, yard and location are all absolutely amazing. All the amenities are right there, including a sauna! Parking is right at the front door. We lacked for nothing. I hope we can get back soon. »

« The carpet in the hallway was old and the elevator was very slow. There was mold in the sink. The main bed acceptable. The pull out couch was terrible. There were stains on the bedspread, couch, and window shades. Breakfast was ok. Staff was nice. We did not use the pool. We will not stay there again. »
