« We had a great holiday in the villa and specifically enjoyed the garden, pool and location on top of a hill. Small grocery in 5 min drive. Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless. »

« Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO! »

« The house is spacious and well kept. You have to deal a bit with the more “free mood” of stuff laying around in the house and outside. But maybe that makes the charme. It is like staying at a friends home… you also have to deal with a lot of dog noises in the neighbourhood, but that is normal in the “out-back” of Marche. »

« The property was pretty much as described. Not as colorful as the pictures showed, but was complete with furnishings. The views are as advertised, Beautiful, looking over the valley and water was fantastic. Because for our trip the weather was perfect, we were able to enjoy the patio area morning and night without any discomfort, no jackets or warm cloths needed.
