'The Hacienda Hotel is just lovely. At the entrance, the Courtyard is beautiful with the original fountain sitting center stage. The lobby is elegant and spacious with original chandeliers, fireplace, antiques and historic photographs placed throughout. But the balconies on the 2nd floor were the most special to me. 'Looks clean ad first sight. Floor and microwave table were sticky. Big room but was also used as a shed? Dirty table in it, clean it or remove it. Very big old refrigirator was leaking water. Remote of the tv did not work. Windows were screaming for a good wash. Bed was firm (liked it) pillows were bad. Shower was hot. Reception very friendly.'

'The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!! '

'Great location downtown. Nice little "bed & breakfast" feeling property but each guest has their own room and access from outside along with private bathroom and small kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay their again.'
