'Room was clean. Staff were friendly. The area shuttle was a wonderful amenity to have access to with friendly drivers! The no my opportunity to note is the air conditioning was inconsistent getting very cold then cycling off to very warm making it hard to sleep comfortably during a summer stay.'

'I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was actually very friendly. There was a mishap with the elevator and it was down. The hotel is being maintained but it is dated and a bit shabby. There were stains on the carpets and on the bathroom fixtures. I know the pricing is because of the location but it’s not actually worth it.'

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'Excellent place to stay. Rooms are way better than expected. Definitely my favorite part was the room setup. Staff were very friendly and they loved to chat. It’s only about a 20min stroll on easy sidewalks to get to the downtown. The breakfast was 6/10, simple selections, less than your average free hotel breakfast.'

'When we checked in, on a humid 95 degree day, the staff lied to us and said that they were making a small adjustment and a/c was down but would be back up in an hour. Took our money, then, when we got to our room, a letter by the door said the a/c would not be fixed that day or night. Then, we found people in the lobby who said the a/c had been down for days. They just kept lying and taking people’s money on the false promise that the a/c would be running again “in an hour.” It wouldn’t even...

'We stayed at the property prior to this stay and we were quite happy with our stay. This stay began with a third floor room. The smell of weed was overwhelming when we exited the elevator and our room smelled of cigar smoke. After contacting the front desk we were offered a room on the first floor. No smoke smell but it was evident it was a pet friendly room. Dog hair and scratches on doorframes. The a/c was able to cool the room but did nothing for the humidity. The temps outside were...

'The place was clean- our room and surrounding areas. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. We were quite taken aback with the room set-up and were a bit uncomfortable with our room’s direct access to the outside space. But all went well.May we suggest that management add more greens/plants outside to make the atmosphere more “homey”'

'Staff was not very helpful. I had a weekend stay of 2 days. I arrived to my room that house keeping did not touch and clearly was dirty from last persons stay. I was promised the room the next day and was given a room the first night of 2 beds(my purchase was a king suite). The next day staff had no clue.
