Vakantie en citytrip naar Anchor Point

Makkelijk te vinden, mooi uitzicht, grote eetzaal, goed ontbijt. Ligt centraal in Homer. Kamers ouderwets, maar OK en schoon. Alle info aanwezig. Behulpzaam personeel.

It's a beautiful cabin, either new or just updated. It only had 1 bed and an uncomfortable pullout couch, which i didn't find 100% clear in the listing. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain. The best part was the location, being right by the lake. We sat by the water and watched at least 25 planes take off and land! They provide ear plugs and sleep masks which are required because the door doesn't have a curtain to block the light.

We like everything about this property! We travel extensively and I really believe this host offered the “little” details possible. A small candy dish, a booklet full of local information, soft towels, make up towels, nice shower heads, coffee products, etc…. We enjoyed the balcony, recliners and soft bed. Nearby float planes coming and going did make noise that could bother some, but we know those sounds are the price of adventure for others, overall this is a great place to stay!

Angie and Cheyenne have done an amazing job with the property!! They have revived a bit of history and we loved it. Angie was so sweet waiting for an overly late check in. She was extremely accommodating and helpful. After our long drive it was a pleasure to meet such a friendly person at the door!! Cheyenne was extremely welcoming in the morning and a blast to talk to. I could see the excitement in her face the progress they have made. Both are willing to share their amazing story and how they came about the business. I appreciate the time they took to welcome us and make us feel part of their family. The property is very well maintained. The room was absolutely perfect for the four of us. I would highly recommend everyone to stay at their place. Yes, they are still moving in but to experience and witness their journey sure is a treat!!
