'Excellent service and a VERY helpful receptionist. The room felt completely new, like if noone had used it before. More than enough space for me. The only thing missing was a duvet. I found a duvet cover in the closet but no duvet. The room was warm and nice so I was fine.'

'Family with children so we required the use of the sofa bed, unfortunately the sofa bed was like sleeping in a ashtray, I am very disappointed that the apartment smelt heavy of stale cigarettes, especially when you are asked to pay a cleaning bill on arrival! The owners have put a huge effort into making the apartment a welcoming, very neat and exceptionally well presented living space, but other faults are they the air conditioner drips onto to small balcony, leaving a pool of water to sit in....
