'Livery and nice place would stay again'

'Một trải nghiệm rất đáng thử tại Wink Hotel Hải Phòng! Mình ghé đúng dịp Wink Hotel Hải Phòng kỷ niệm sinh nhật 1 tuổi, nên không khí cực kỳ vui. Ngay sảnh có khu check-in với khung hình rất nổi bật, chụp ảnh lên cực xinh. Khách còn được tặng một ly cocktail để cùng chúc mừng khách sạn, một điểm cộng nho nhỏ nhưng tạo cảm giác được chào đón. Điều mình thích nhất ở Wink là cách khách sạn hướng đến du lịch bền vững. Thay vì dùng chai nhựa dùng một lần, khách sạn bố trí điểm cấp nước lọc miễn phí...

'Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!'

'Nice area, good size for 2 beds and has washer in suits. Also you can cook and has dining table. Nice design inside. But wishing it had the elevator. Very quiet and safe area. '

'Hot shower, good air conditioning, quiet neighbourhood, walking distance from the mall which has a movie theater and restaurants. Would stay again.'

'Everything was great, especially the clean room and bathroom and good breakfast. The only minor drawback was that when we were in a rush to check out, they asked us to wait while they had someone check our room, which is an unreasonable process. It took so long, we just left.'

'La chambre était bien et grande malheureusement il était noté une navette gratuite pour l’aéroport mais nous ne l’avons jamais eu !!! Nous avons dû payer un taxi pour nous y rendre Notre choix s’était pour sur cet hôtel pour cette condition car il est très loin du centre dans une zone d’activité avec aucun intérêt '

'To clear up the contradictory reviews. This hotel has no pool, the one in the picture is the private home next door. This is also no airport shuttle. But it takes less than 10min to get there by Grab Cab. The staff was very friendly, did use my translate app. But was not a problem or a hassle and was surprised I didn’t need to use it more this trip.
