Excellent value for money
Value for money was excellent. It is a small, well located hotel. For the money my expectations were not super high, so I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and service.

The hotel is nice and the staff friendly. Location is fine, except there is a coffeeshop in the corner and there were people smoking by our window. What was not good was the noise level: there was a "family" room on top of us and their footsteps were many and loud. Also, the reception is close by. We could hear not only what was going on, but when they were getting ready for breakfast (5:30) or saying goodbye to guests leaving before morning. Another issue was cleaning the room. They changed towels, but didn't replace dirty glasses and cups. Beds were not made and floor not cleaned. It was disappointing. We stayed two nights.

El lugar muy céntrico. Cerca de todos los lugares de interés. Caminando llegas a cualquier parte. La recepcionista Gabriela ..muy linda y amable nos recomendó perfecto a qué lugares ir y nos trató con mucha amabilidad. La habitación súper espaciosa, limpia y cómoda. Perfecta para 4 personas.

This hotel doesn’t have parking and they introduced a man to take my car to a parking for 40 Euros per day. But unfortunately during the 2 days they kept my car, they were using and driving by my car.

The property was very nice and clean, however the room was narrow and small. So we had 2 suitcases and there was not much space to have them open. Generallly it is recommended as it is very close to the center and it is a nice cozy place.

The rooms are very small. The hotel is noisy, do. It the expect to get any sleep if your room is on the second floor. You can hear everything going on in the lobby and neighboring rooms.

Helt ok mysigt litet hotell
Fint hotell med vinklar och vrår, branta trappor. Väldigt kallt i rummet, speciellt på golvet. Även lyhört. Ligger väldigt bra till vid kanalen.

Hôtel impeccable !!
Nous avons été très bien reçu lors de notre arrivée. Le personnel est très accueillant. J’aime l’idée d’avoir une réservation de petit déjeuner flexible. J’ajouterais juste une petite chose, ce serait agréable d’avoir le ménage au sol tous les jours car selon la configuration de la chambre celui qui se trouve côté entrée a des le réveil de la terre ou sable (qui se trouvent sous les chaussures). Ainsi que dans la salle de bain lorsque l’on a les cheveux long c’est un petit problème. Hormis ça je recommande vivement cet établissement, le petit déjeuner fut simple mais très bon, la literie est top Mille merci on reviendra chez vous !

Very well maintained, clean, tidy, friendly and quiet hotel. We were in the front attic rooms at the top which had only a cupboard and a very short hanging rail, no chair, table or bed head as the bed was up against the sloping roof so nowhere really to sit for any time. Other rooms I think may be better. Breakfast was good value although limited in choice, but the choice suited us! Good value for money overall and would stay here again, but probably avoid the front attic rooms!

The hotel itself, customer service (during the day), and location were all excellent. The room was small, and a bit outdated, but it met our needs. Overall, it's a great space and they were very accommodating at storing our luggage before and after check-out. However, we were unable to sleep due to the noise. Our room was just a few steps from the lobby, and the night staff was hanging out with what I assume was a group of guests, and they were being SO loud (including the staff). I finally got up around 3 am to ask them to lower the volume. Even after that, it took a while for the noise to die down. I've seen other reviews mention the noise in these rooms (and how loud the night staff conversations are), so it seems like it's an ongoing issue. We would not stay here again. Perhaps if we had been on a higher floor, our experience may have been better.

Super location, nice hotel. Rooms were fine, though the bedding was a little too light. A refill on coffee / milk each day would have been appreciated, though was supplied when asked.

Good location canalhouse.
Perfect location in area with nice restaurants and smaller shops, since we wanted to stay away from the big tourist streets. Canal house with a nice view. Rooms a bit small, no table, but good beds and bathroom.

The Times Hotel was about 1/2 mile walk from Central Station. We were able to book a room overlooking one of the canals. It was a short walk to the Anne Frank Annex and local eateries. The Times Hotel is very strict on their reservation policy and refused to change our reservation by one day. If there is any question in your dates there, buy the refundable option or Hotel Booking Protection.

Good location, but our room was too close to the lobby which made sleeping very difficult. Overall the room was clean and cozy but our shower was mouldy which was off putting. Staff were friendly and held our bags after checkout which was really helpful.
