Los empleados no tenían buena predisposición especialmente la gente de recepción. Nadie hablaba una palabra de español, tampoco se esforzaron en tratar de entenderme. Realmente una decepción. Las instalaciones del hotel son hermosas, el hotel es lujoso y hermoso. Tuve un episodio lamentable en lo que respecta al upgrade que hice y para mejorar mi habitación y el tema de los restaurante.

The hotel is well-maintained, staffs are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast needs to be improved as I stayed for 5 nights and every day the breakfast was the same which is a bit boring and requires more variety. The rooms need an upgrade for coffee machines since its a 5* hotel. Accessibility is very convenient.

The entrance and communal facilities in this hotel were very grand and impressive, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive in the lobby. However the cleanliness of the rooms and speed of the room service let it down. Unfortunately we had stained sheets, and on the rollaway cot placed in the room, the duvet didnt have any sheets on it and was badly stained. When we called to resolve and also request an extra mug etc etc, it took so long to arrive that we had to call twice to follow up. Also not much happening in the immediate area around the hotel, so felt somewhat uncomfortable to just walk out and explore.

Excellent hotel and v friendly staff. Wanted to especially mention concierge Khaled, Ramzia from breakfast service and Sedeen from customers service among many more all around the hotel.
