'A Hotel that looks like an overpriced Motel. (My kids words lol) when you pay a lot for one night and then they charge you more for hotel service fees, and some more for valet, also 2 burgers for three figures plus service fees for selling you the burgers then you get room service of 2 items (same order and they bill you for 2 delivery fees of 6 each) itās just crazy. Ended paying another bunch for 2 meals and all the extra fees. Not worth it at all. The Ritz is a lot better'

The room and the building and grounds look neglected I have found Marriott properties to be very inconsistent overall with quality of the guest experience.
