'Nice new hotel. Suggest adding liquid hand soap in bathrooms and airport shuttle service 24/7. Bed was so comfy! It was noisy at night - think it was from hallway and other rooms. Dinner was yummy and reasonably priced.'

'Great stay overall and had good breakfast. Very modern and new looking with good staffing. Only thing that stood out as a negative was that the air conditioner is on the wall next to the bed. Room was so incredibly hot, but when you turn on the air it’s loud and the air hits your face constantly. We tried to cover it or modify it to see, but we just ended up staying hot as the air coming out cold would flow intensely. After our first night we would try and make the room colder while we were away...

'Hotel room was good however the shuttle to and from the airport is very unreliable …had to wait over 40 minutes for pick up at airport (they have one van and if full by the time it pulls into your terminal then you have to wait 1/2 hour for the return)…when we left the hotel we booked a 7 am shuttle and at 7:15 were told the shuttle was tied up in traffic (on sunday morning no less)…so ended up getting a Uber which arrived in 3 minutes…do not depend on shuttle it is useless'

'The room was very clean and check in was easy. We left at 4 am to go to the airport, so we do not know about the breakfast. We were not able to use the shuttle since there was snow on the ground. I wish we were aware of this prior to coming so we could arrange transport. We did appreciate them allowing our car to park in the back parking lot until we returned. For the price, I recommend. '

'The tv didnt work. The wifi didnt work . I called down to the man at the front desk and he said there is no code for the wifi. Well wifi never work . Went down in the am to look for some food and the morning guy gave me the wifi code. So the 1st guy just lied. Than i told morning shift the tv didnt work and he said he would send someone to fix it. Well that never happened . One of my worst stays ever '

'Spider in the room, no shuttle before 6am, impossible to get picked up from the airport, desk clerk could not handle a phone call to even say that the shuttle would not pick up at the airport, desk clerk put me on hold for ages and never got back to me, desk clerk was incompetent, staffing is obviously an issue. Minimalist idea of hotel.'
