'Clean and beautiful grounds, but the customer service is lacking!'

'I arrived early in the evening and all the lights were off. Door was locked. No reception. My kind taxi driver called the hotel and after 5 minutes a young man appeared. He didn't speak any English at all. He was kind and took me to my room. He was about to leave me to myself, when I asked if I shouldn't officially check-in or sign something. He then took me to his boss who was in another room. He didn't speak English either but he spoke some French. He was also kind and helpful and helped me...

'Hotel was good. Walking distance from everything in the city. The staff is helpful. The Wi-Fi is OK but for the money and cleanliness this is the best option in the city.'

'The hotel has a nice pool. Rooms are big and clean. The food in the hotel is too expensive. Outside the hotel you'll find several restaurants that are much better and cheaper. The staff is very friendly. I would give them 4 ****.'

'goede zwembad en breakfast. The bedden zijn hard, en de prijs is te hoog voor de kwaliteit van de kamer.'

'Great hospitality. Manager is incredibly friendly and staff was extremely professional. Very clean environment'

'Prijs, ligging, comfort; erg goed. Eén ding zou echt opgelost moeten worden: de niet goed sluitende en heel erg krakende toiletdeur; de scharnieren moeten met een oliespuitje behandeld worden.'
