'These people had me book my stay online because I did not have my physical debit card and they thought it might bypass it because my car was stolen and I was left stranded and my purse with everything in it was in the car. The woman in the office wouldn’t even let me stay in the lobby to stay warm. I was in a Halloween costume and it was freezing cold and she was mean and rude and not understanding of the situation like the previous employee was I had to have the police come and take me to...

'Booked with them because normally RedLion is a good hotel. Never had an issue when staying before. This hotel was nasty, smelt awful, pool goes from 3-4-6-7ft hot tub boarded up and out of commission. Regular room key does not work for pool entry you have to get a pool key and check out towels at the front. Breakfast was blueberry yogurt, old oranges. Reception on staff was kind enough to give a breakfast sandwich and a pastry.
Room smelt awful, burn marks in the drawer, stains on the floor,...
