'The unit itself was nice - clean and well maintained. The office & Maintenence staff was friendly, but overall the resort needs a lot of upkeep. The thatch roofs on all the palapas are disintegrating. There are too few pool deck chairs and many are broken. We went to sit on one and the wood broke thru before we ever even fully sat on it. I was surprised for the cost the Maintenence level. But I do think it’s hard to maintain property in Belize bc it’s hard to get replacement materials. It was...

'This resort is truly amazing. It feels like an exotic experience like no other resorts. The mosaic patterns throughout the resort are so unique. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and treated like family especially by Melanie, Sandy and Gloria. The food was so fresh and delicious. I had a massage which was excellent! We highly recommend treating yourself to this wonderful Abeeza Resort and Spa!!'
