'My friend and I enjoyed our stay at the property. They celebrated my graduation by giving us complimentary wine and a room upgrade with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful with booking our excursion and housekeeping came by everyday to accommodate us. Thanks to Expedia we got free breakfast everyday. The only downside to our stay was that we couldn’t swim in the ocean because of the brown murkiness in the shallow area, most likely from the sargassum. I don’t think...

'The unit itself was nice - clean and well maintained. The office & Maintenence staff was friendly, but overall the resort needs a lot of upkeep. The thatch roofs on all the palapas are disintegrating. There are too few pool deck chairs and many are broken. We went to sit on one and the wood broke thru before we ever even fully sat on it. I was surprised for the cost the Maintenence level. But I do think it’s hard to maintain property in Belize bc it’s hard to get replacement materials. It was...
