« We stayed here as a one night stay, planned it site unseen and last minute. Upon walking in the building there was a strong smoke and mildew smell. The staff were very kind and by far the best part of the stay. The breakfast was small but enough to enjoy. We did find a roach in our room, blood stains on a couple of our towels, and the smoke detector covered up. »

« House looks very run down and the yard is horrible not to mention its in a sketchy neighborhood. Code wouldn't work to get in into the house. When we got in the house smelled musty and like rotten trash. It was so horrible we had to go buy air freshners and candles to mask the smell. There were roaches all over in the kitchen cabinets and the pots/pans looked like they were 25 yrs old. One of the toilets rocked as it wasn't even fastened down. « I travel with a very clean, well groomed service dog. Hotels often put you in a pet room which is fine but at least remove the carpet. The room smelled pretty sour from previous pets. Even my dog was offended by whatever was in the carpet. It was only one night, so I put up with it, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. »

« The bed was so comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and a powerful stream of water. Both items are important to me. The breakfast was very tasty and Julie, the attendant, was helpful and friendly. I would return to the hotel again because of her positive attitude and disposition. »

« I was met by Mel. She was very welcoming and helpful. Its an older building, but you can see they are working on it. The rooms were very clean, sheets were nice and crisp. I would like the pool to be available the next time I stay as I do plan to stay again when I visit family. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great deal. »

« Was bitten by bugs within 30 minutes of arriving the room. Told management I wanted a refund. They hesitated at first but after seeing the bites on my wife’s legs, and photos of the bugs on the carpet and bed, they agreed and provided a refund! »

« Our refrigerator was leaking water before we were in the room, so there was a big puddle when we came in. Random stains around the room. Not a big problem, just a little gross. The indoor “curb appeal” was good. »
