'OUTSTANDING, is the word to describe our experience. From the moment we arrived until we drove out of the gate we were treated extremely well. Upon arrival our room was upgraded to an ocean view. The room was very spacious and came with all of the usual amenities. Breakfast was fabulous and was cooked to order from three choices. Yogurt, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, muffins coffee and tea were also offered. The General Manager is a real hands on person and deserves recognition for making our stay...

'The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Working long and odd hours, it lovely coming back to a hot shower and comfy bed. 😁'

'This is a new hotel so the facilities are in great condition. The room was huge, with an additional outdoor shower and a great view. Dinner (steak) was outstanding. Only thing to watch out for is the road getting to the hotel. Watch out for the potholes and stray animals. '

'The place was very congested with lots of people in the reception area..poor security, no direction to reception area,no direction to rooms as some rooms are being renovated..'

'Very special place had our sister inlaw with us, who is from one of the local hotels, she was very impressed Met Abby the graffiti what an amazing experience. Low shedding happened every couple of hours wich i thought would impact our stay, but wasn't an issue. Loved and would go back if we ever come back to East London. You wont be sorry'

'This was my first time staying at Hillcrest and it was so lovely! The owner and her staff were extremely welcoming, the room was comfortable, breakfast was fantastic. The location is convenience to restaurants, a mall, and the beach. I will definitely be back!'
