This was my second stay here. The house is well equipped and outfitted, the back yard is great, and the hosts communicate well.

Property was clean inside, large enough for a sizable group, 3 kings, 2 bath, and as described. Pet-friendly 8ft fence was nice and secure, once gates were tweeked to make latch. Property adjoins several other longer term rental properties, by same owner, on same footprint, and house next door, not noted or described, lead to a few odd encounters of semi-shared spaces.Dog yard had not been cleaned prior to arrival, however warning notes in house about additional fees being passed along if renter did not cleanup before leaving were left in several places. Appeared that longterm renters may be using dogyard and not cleaning up after usage.Overall a 3.8 of 5 experience!

Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience.We had no hot water. When we let the house know, he said it could be a while. By the time he came, we had to leave.Coffee maker was broken..The location was great in the house was nice. We just had issues that unfortunately created a very inconvenient experience.
