This property was way more than what I expected. Our room was upgraded to a deluxe king suite, 1 bedroom. Upon opening the door, I was amaze at the a size of this room. It could actually be an apartment based on the size of it. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. The property was well kept. If I should have to travel back to this area, I will definitely be selecting this property again.

The elevator had a smell that was not appealing. Hallways are narrow and hard to maneuver the luggage carts. I was charged an additional $8 at the property even though I had already paid through booking website and I don’t know what that was for.

Very nice property, nice staff. It was a little humid when we walked in the front door but I think they were in the middle of fixing the issue. Our room felt very cool when we walked in. Everything was cleaned, sanitized and sealed with sanitation stickers/labels. Didn’t hear any noise from other rooms or even in hallway. Definitely would stay again.

The exterior and lobby of the hotel were nice. The room was ok. The pillows were very lumpy and the microwave was dirty under the plate, even after we asked for it to be cleaned. The telephone didnt work. Not a terrible stay but below average.

Very nice place to spend the night and have breakfast onsite the next morning. However, the check-in process was a bit difficult because the deskclerk had such a heavy accent I had to repeatedly ask him to repeat himself. I just could not understand him.

Toilet has to be manually flushed! Room 116! Had a sanitized label across the toilet seat so either it wasn’t cleaned or housekeeping didn’t report problem. Offer to move to room witn 2 queens vs king. Was here in November and had to change out burnt out light bulbs. Will be talking to manager tomorrow.

Comfortable but not great
The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and spacious. We were disappointed that the treadmill was not working. Also the smoke detector in our room was dangling by a cord, not sure if it actually worked. There was also a very noisy dehumidifier in our room- guessing it was to get rid of musty smell. Breakfast was slightly above average as far as budget hotels go.

Was great, now becoming sleezy.
Have stayed here multiple times and never had an issue. This time around we were hit with a small "service fee" when checking in, although small I had pre paid for my room as I had many times before. So expect random fees at check in with no explanation. Also the fire detector was hanging from wires and not mounted. The overall upkeep of the hotel has began to do downhill. Will seek other accommodations next time.

One of my worst experiences
This is the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. First impressions are a lot, and your front desk agent the night of Thursday December 7th was less than a good first impression. He was not helpful, if anything he made us less certain and more confused. As we go to the room (218) we are on the elevator and a horrendous stench of musk, and almost like a vomit smell was there to greet us. Along with a slow and barely working elevator to the point of taking the stairs after a knee surgery was more efficient and probably safer. There were discolored patches all along the hallways which obviously made us feel more than safe(sarcastic). I travel for a living usually 2-3 times a month Jan - Nov, and wanted to see if the Wyndham tree was a good switch from Marriott and Hilton like I usually stay at. Good thing this was a trial run, cause the hotel room, service, and amenities were certainly not as pictured on the website. The room itself, the shower took a legit 10-15 minutes to get from freezing cold to Luke warm, every time you go to turn it on. To go along with a spot in the ceiling in the shower that is bubbled out and clearly holding extensive water. The fan did not work our last night. There was an odd feel/crust to the restroom door handles. I have pictures for all my complaints to show they’re not just me being “one of those customers” I never write reviews. But this hotel stay has pushed me to the writing/complaining extent.
