Emozione Toscana is a beautiful holiday home in a peaceful location, set within a large, well-kept garden with mature trees and olive groves. It is the perfect place for a relaxed holiday with family or friends. The house has a warm and welcoming feel and immediately makes you feel at home.



The village of Spianate is just a 20-minute walk away and offers two restaurants, a café, and a small grocery store. Larger supermarkets are located 4 km away in Altopascio. The elegant spa town of Montecatini Terme is only 16 km away and is known for its historic thermal baths and Art Nouveau architecture. Lucca, Pisa, Florence, and the coastal town of Viareggio are also easily accessible by car.

The holiday home is built from brick and natural stone, with grey wooden shutters that provide a lovely contrast. Along the back of the house runs a covered terrace with a dining table and chairs. In front of the house, another outdoor seating area is shaded by trees and is perfect for breakfast. Next to the large pool is a gazebo with a table and chairs for relaxing outdoors.



The two-storey house has been lovingly restored. Terracotta floors, wooden beamed ceilings, original fireplaces and traditional furniture with antique pieces create a cosy and authentic interior. The walls feature artworks by the owner, a local artist, and many handpicked details add a personal touch.



Please note: there is a large unfenced fishing pond on the property. Children and pets should be supervised at all times. The friendly owners live with their two dogs in a separate house on the grounds and are happy to assist with local tips and information.
