'The tiny house provided everything we needed to make our stay in East Zion amazing - they covered all the details and amenities! The beds were comfortable and having a washer/dryer was such a convenience after hiking/ATV rides. On top of the amazing stay, the communication and kindness with each staff member was superb! 'Great stay but was a bit confusing to find and locate. The pictures were olde so when we arrived, there were a lot more bushes obstructing our view. Also advertised washer and dryer but had to ask permission to use the ones in the garage and set a day and time, and then the dryer didn’t seem to dry. Not sure that the price should be what it is per night with little access to washer and dryer and having the directions not work well to get to the ranch. Parking was really odd as well. 'Incredible views, close to a cool slot canyon hike. Awesome little crate home with a fun hot tub and fire pit! Everything is there for grilling and cooking as there isn’t really any stores unless you go all the way to kanab! But we prepared and made our food all weekend! '

'I think this is about as close as you can get to Zion on the East side of the park, I I definitely prefer to the closest areas south of the canyon, which are busy, expensive and very touristy. Room was great, had everything we needed, My only critique is that hanging barn doors look nice, but don't make good bathroom doors because you want to contain sounds and smells within the bathroom, and they don't do that well(big chain hotels have started doing this too and I am not a fan). 'OK stay'

'Found this location on Expedia didn't have a place to stay. Everything was booked, communication is horrible, no check-in instructions. Check-in was a joke. Nobody at the desk had to call a number, at that point they told us what room we're in and a code to a lock box. The bed and bathroom was clean, but Carpet was stained badly '

'It's our new go-to for our drives between Utah and Arizona. It's clean and cared for and has everything we require and plenty of room. Plus a bonus: 2 chairs to sit outside and watch the sun go down on the mountains across the street. We love that. Two restaurants are within a mile. Glad we found this little gem.'

'We stay at a lot of rental properties when we travel and this was easily top 3 for us in the world! It is in a beautiful location and the interior design was incredible. There is exquisite comfort around every corner (ha ha... no corners since it is a round house LOL). But seriously, there are so many examples of above and beyond attention to detail, I can't even begin to explain. I wouldn't change a thing about the house and I only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back...
