'We had unit #28 which has a kingsize bed, jacuzzi, balcony and in unit heating stove. The view was magnificent; and the wood burning stove is a whimsical touch. It’s close to everything (the town is very small to begin with). It’s very close to Cerro Calvario, which offers great views of the city, lake Titicaca and sunset. Because of the view, the property sits on a hill and requires climbing some stairs to get to the units but the view is worth it.'
'El hotel fue magnífico hace 15 años, pero no parece que hayan modificado ni renovado nada dese entonces. Baño viejo, muebles viejos y desgastados, colchones que se hunden y personal claramente pasivo y desmotivado.
La mediocridad es la tónica general en este sitio.
A todo eso le unes unos precios de hotel de 5 estrellas cuando realmente estás en un 3.. pues te sientes claramente estafado.

'Pool was under repair without any notice upon booking. Rooms were extremely cold and breakfast was just okay. Very few protein options and small quantities despite having several families attend breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel in the off season.'
