'Struttura in ottima posizione, molto ben tenuta e pulita e a due passi dal lungolago di Marta con locali e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Praticamente di fronte è possibile trovare facilmente parcheggio negli stalli pubblici a pagamento. Consiglio vivamente.'

'The beds were extremely comfortable… pillows too. The entire apartment was spotlessly clean. Communication with the host was easy, fast, and reliable. Everything we needed was there.'

'Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !'

'The location was lovely, with beautiful and relaxing hot spring fed pools and a great spa area for treatments. the apartment was adequate but the furniture and kitchen applicances coud be better. The sofa was not comfortable as it was old and had the cushion worn out; the kitchen needs a coffee maker and a few more hand tools; it would be nice to have salt and pepper; oil and vinegar; and paper towels on hand. we had to buy all those things for a short four day stay. '

'Prior to my arrival, all communication with the hosts was fast and friendly. The hosts both met me at the gate and gave me a warm welcome. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and filled with homey touches that put this weary traveler at ease. Orvieto is a gorgeous place and did not have the oppressive crowds of fellow tourists that I encountered in the cities, even in November. My mistake was not to plan to stay there longer.
