'My family stayed for one night while we were in Pittsburgh for a concert. We were able to park close to the entry, which was convenient. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were friendly. The room was reasonably clean, though showed some minor signs of wear/age. The bath products were lovely, with a gentle, pleasant scent that didn’t feel overpowering. We enjoyed a quiet stay and had the breakfast in the morning, which was decent. I would stay here again.'

'A/C was problematic. The Desk Staff figured out that the unit needed to be unplugged and re-plugged to reboot the unit. Elevator wasn't working. That problem should be announced in the website before you make a reservation. Cracks and splinters in a handrail that's in the parking lot. That's a safety hazard.'

'According to their website, they charge $15/night for the pet fee, but they actually charge by the weight of the dog, which in my case was $30/night for a 63 lb dog. There is also not much space to walk your dog. The breakfast was coffee and pre-packaged sugary treats, like powdered doughnuts.'

'The only two possible good things about this place is d at the front desk and Mark in maintenance. The floors were sticky, our TV was broken, the bed was lumpy and lopsided, the waitress didn't show up for breakfast so all that was offered when paying for breakfast was muffins, luckily Dee was amazing and she made things right with us. 'Breakfast is not very varied, especially for long staying guest a disappointment. Also one type of fruit, yellow bananas at the beginning of the week, till they are brown in the weekend. '
