'The location is excellent, right on the seafront. Parking along the boulevard wasn't a problem for us, it was free. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean, beds were fine and the freshly prepared to order breakfast was very good. The hotel is in dire need of maintenance, though. A lot of stains in the ceiling of our room due to leakage. In the corridor, a bucket to catch the dripping water from the leaking skylight. '

'Good location, grounds and facilities. But for the price and a 5* hotel they were a few niggles such as the bathroom needed some bleach around the shower and sink plug hole ect. For the luxury they're advetising deep cleaning should be an obvious but didnt looked like it had been done. And masses of cobwebs around the doors to get into rooms. '
