'リゾートが広く、巨大で深い（最深部約２．５Ｍ）プールがあり、ジム・サウナも充実していて非常に快適であった。部屋の清掃も丁寧で綺麗に行われ、ゆっくりと休息できた。スタッフの接客も素晴らしく、お客さまを名前で呼ぶことも徹底されていた。マカオに不慣れな観光客の難点はアクセスだが、目の前（歩約５分）の大規模カジノの【ＳＡＮＳ＝サンズ】からコタイ地区のメジャーホテルにシャトルバスが多数出ているので、これを利用（もちろん無料）すれば不便はない。コタイ地区のメジャーホテル（ベネチアン・パリジャン・ギャラクシーホテル等）にはない静かで落ち着いたホテルライフを楽しめる。 　　'

'I was feeling sick and asked for some painkillers or other medicine for a cold. Even though it was midnight I believe such a big hotel should have its own 24 hour medical post. For the rest a superhotel but I was really sick and would appreciated some help instead of just saying no.'

'酒店好新，位置便利，員工 nice. 之前網上已經有人話check in 多數會遲，我3點15分到 （3pm check in），都話要等多半個鐘先有房，所以大堂等 滿攞房既人。 酒店下面有Donki，雪糕店，三文治店，food court. 要搵嘢食絕對方便。'
