'The room was in an OK condition, not really 4 star rating the TV didn't work in the bedroom. Some of the staff in the reception area were rude and didn't have much local knowledge. There were a couple of weddings/functions at the hotel and was very noisy, the loud music was on till 11pm, which finally stopped after many calls to the reception area. Also, after paying the hotel for the week's stay upon my return to the UK, additional money was taken from my account without my knowledge!'

'Hotel rooms is good, cleaniing wise is good but there is no breakfast as they mentioned in there hotel facilities when you good online.. We insist for beakfast and show the manager what they mentioned so they provide every day same poha and tea...and the lift woking morning 12 to night 10 only.. So when u checked out 11 am. You have to use stairs even the hotel is on 4 floor.. Overall i ll give 3 star.. '

'This as a duplex, and the size of the lounge was large so it was great. Kitchen had no utensils at all, so luckily we borrowed from family we were visiting. Rooms were good, but the smaller twin room’s bathroom smelled of you left the fan on, otherwise it was ok. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Worth the stay spacious especially as there was 3 of us with 4 suitcases, 3 carry on’s plus hand luggage. '

'Room was in good condtions. However, you have to contact front desk to turn on Air Conditioner and Water Heater. Hand Napkin and Tolier Papaer were not in toilet and you have to ask for it.'

'Rooms were not same as photos....smelled like smoke, rooms were dirty and hotel stole my money and would not give money back for their mistakes. I came and left in 30 mins for a 2 night stay booked...they stole money for 2 days ane robbed me. Would not stay there at all. Rather go sleep on the street then this dump of a place'

'Linen wasn’t properly cleaned. Because of bleach on sheets, my body was itchy all night long. Blanket was smelly, wasn’t washed. Bathroom lock wasn’t working. Staff and Breakfast was ok.'
