Modern apartment on the first floor of a building 200m from Santa Barbara Castle, 300m from the Market and Bullring, 500m from the Historic Center. Ideal location to visit the city of Alicante on foot during the day (shopping, culture, history ...) and night (bars and restaurants). Just 10/15 minutes walk, we can enjoy the Port of Alicante and Playa del Postiguet. At 300m there are good connections to the Airport (bus, line C6) and the TRAM, to visit different places on the coast (Playa San Juan, Benidorm ...). In the streets around the building, parking is free, availability according to schedules.

The apartment has a sunny balcony with stools, to relax with a glass of wine. It consists of a romantic style bedroom with a double bed of 150x200 with high quality mattress and a bathroom with Italian shower. Bright living room with kitchen, fully equipped with microwave, washer-dryer and dishwasher (more free time to enjoy the holidays). Recommendation!
I had an excellent time in Alicante. This is partly thanks to Jesse and his beautiful apartment. Jesse is a very friendly and obliging man. He spontaneously comes up with tips where you can shop and eat. The apartment is ideally located, close to the center, beach and other attractions. Everything within walking distance, in Alicante and in the neighborhood itself there is a safe atmosphere both during the day and at night. Overall it's a great place to stay. My compliments. An amazing apartment, an amazing and helpful host, and a more than perfect stay in Alicante!
This was our first time visiting Alicante and after a long search for a good place to stay, we took the leap with Jessy’s apartment :-) the photos already looked great and Jessy was an amazing host from the very beginning (providing all required information and great contact between him and his guests). However, when we got to the apartment it was even better. It’s a fully renovated little home, with all the equipment one could possibly need (dishwasher, hairdryer, storage room, etc.) and it was incredibly clean. The apartment is also situated in a great neighbourhood, very close to the centre, the beach, the boulevard, etc. Every morning we had breakfast on the little balcony, where we could look out over the neighbourhood. Jessy provided bikes for us to use, which got us to where we needed to be even quicker. Finally, the contact between us and Jessy was great. He helped wherever he possibly could, from a walking route to the castle, to even providing an extra charger when we needed one! He simply was a tremendous host. All in all, we could not have wished for a better place to stay or a better host to book from. We’ll definitely be returning here in the future. :-)

Best decision to book this apartment!
Thank you Jessy for such an amazing hosting. The apartment is prettier than showed in the pictures. It’s compact, beautifully furnished and absolutely clean. Cleanliness was a 100 out of 10. Not even hotels were sometimes so clean. The location of the apartment is perfect, so you won’t need a car or any transportation vehicles. Host Jessy, was always kind, helpful and gave me so many ideas where to go and how I can have a great time in Alicante. Unfortunately my husband couldn’t join this trip. Next time I’ll book this apartment with him too. Thank you for this experience. With regards Mathy (Arulmathy)

Small but perfectly formed
We stayed here for 5 weeks during winter. The apartment was well-designed, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The heating was very effective and heated rooms quickly, we were never cold. Jessy was extremely easy to deal with and went beyond our expectations when there was a very minor problem - he fixed it within a couple of hours. He kept in touch to make sure all was well with our stay. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for central accommodation in Alicante.

The stay in Alicante was great. Jess, the landlord is a great host. he is very welcoming, super friendly & all is thought about. Also the appartment is very well equipped. super clean, very nicely furnishd with a lot of charm & storage room. the location of the appartment is ideal. very close to everything, e.g. the old city, the castle, restaurants and also shopping area & street are nearby. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Alicante.

Séjour en amoureux
Excellent séjour à Alicante, notamment grâce à notre hôte Jessy, qui est de très bons conseils. Le logement beau et impeccable, avec un emplacement parfait pour découvrir la ville et ses alentours n’est pas négligeable.
