Geweldig Villa, zeker voor families met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Mooie omgeving voor uitstapjes

Wij hebben een geweldige 9 dagen beleefd in de villa van Toñi. We waren met 7 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen (1 en 3 jaar). Heel ruime villa met grote buitenruimte afgesloten door elektrische poort en hekwerken. Mooi zwembad afgesloten door een hekwerk (ideaal) met een mooie ligweide met kunstgras, speeltoestelletjes aanwezig. Ook voldoende stoelen en ligbedden met kussens aanwezig. Grote buitenruimte met twee overdekte zithoeken ( voor schaduw) en windscherm. Mooie buiten BBQ. Toñi had voor voldoende handdoeken etc. gezorgd. Ze heeft ons de eerste avond nog net voor sluitingstijd voorgereden naar een supermarkt om boodschappen te doen omdat de andere dag er een feestdag was in Alhaurin el Grande en alles gesloten zou zijn. Daarna konden wij onszelf prima redden maar konden wel met vragen bij haar terecht per telefoon of Whats App. Je kunt mooie uitstapjes maken naar Granada (130 km) , Fuengirola (kabelbaan en roofvogelshow) Mijar (leuk wit stadje met de ezelstaxi) of naar Malaga. Malaga is zeer mooi, vooral ook bij avond. Kortom een onvergetelijke tijd gehad en een mooie herinnering aan ons 40 jarig huwelijk , nogmaals bedankt Toñi. fam. een geweldige locatie, uitstekend geschikt voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen.

We werden door de familie, Toni met haar vader en haar dochter (heel leuke mensen) naar het huisgebracht. Een prachtige locatie, ruim en netjes. Alles wat je maar nodig hebt is ook aanwezig. Door de tijd van het jaar troffen we een boomgaard met heerlijk rijpe sinaasappels, die ook voor ons waren. Dat is wel bijzonder. Het huis en terras zijn zeer geschikt voor een of 2 gezinnen. Een kritisch puntje is de verwarming bij lagere buitentemperaturen. Toni bracht wel snel een paar kacheltjes bij waardoor het prima ging. wij willen nog een keer terug in het voorjaar. Prima huis.

Super plek om met hele familie vakantie door te brengen. Ook prima geschikt voor kleintjes.

Wij hebben de villa voor twee weken geboekt voor 6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (2,5 jaar en 5 maanden) De boeking van de villa verliep prima en aan al onze wensen werd gehoor gegeven. Ook de vraag, op het laatste moment, of voor de eerste week een extra volwassene kon worden toegevoegd, was geen enkel probleem. Kinderbedjes en kinderstoelen werden beschikbaar gesteld. Je komt het terrein op door een op afstand bedienbaar hek. De ontvangst bij aankomst was zeer vriendelijk en klopte perfect. Wij waren zeer onder de indruk van de villa, alles wat je maar kon bedenken, was aanwezig. Alles was zeer schoon en goed verzorgd. De keuken was voorzien van alle apparaten en keukengerei. De huiskamer is zeer groot en gezellig met daarnaast nog een aparte tv kamer met sateliet tv met alle mogelijke kanalen. WIFI werkt uitstekend. Vier prima slaapkamers bieden meer dan voldoende ruimte en meer dan genoeg kastruimte, wij gebruikten de tussenkamer op de bovenverdieping als extra slaapruimte voor de baby, ging prima. Heel prettig is ook de aanwezigheid van 3 badkamers, met prima douches en in twee badkamers een bad. De warmwatervoorziening functioneert probleemloos. Ja en dan het buitenterrein. Hier kan je alleen maar zeggen dat dat buitengewoon goed is. Een zwembad met een hek erom, heerlijk veilig. Toegang tot het zwembad via treden in het bad, heerlijk voor de kids. Dan een barbecue eiland voorzien van een ingebouwde barbecue en daarnaast een gasstel om buiten te koken of te wokken, heerlijk. Heel praktisch hierbij is ook de aanwezige gootsteen. Meer dan voldoende ligbedden en stoelen om met veel mensen comfortabel een plekje te vinden. Er is ook een overdekt terras (met doek) bij het zwembad waar een gezellige picknick set is opgesteld. Dan is er de grote overdekte ruimte aan de villa gebouwd, direct vast aan de keuken. Hier hebben wij veel tijd doorgebracht en alle maaltijden gebruikt. Alles uiterst luxe met een grote eettafel en een aanrechtblad, met gootsteen en een grote koelkast. Een muziekinstallatie is hier ook aanwezig om, indien gewenst, de hele dag muziek te luisteren. De ligging van de villa was voor ons prima. Heerlijk rustig en toch alle bezienswaardigheden op een acceptabele afstand. Malaga 20 minuten, Torremolinos 25 minuten, Nerja 60 minuten, Mijas 35 minuten, Puerto Banuz bij Marbella 35 minuten en het strand 30 minuten, dit alles met de auto. De eigenaars van de villa waren zeer vriendelijk en uiterst behulpzaam en altijd te bereiken.

Wow, is dit allemaal voor ons?!

Wow, is dit allemaal voor ons?! Dat was onze eerste reactie toen het hek van onze vakantievilla open ging. Zo groot, zo compleet, zo'n mooi uitzicht. Wij, dat zijn vader, moeder, vier kinderen (leeftijd van 0 tot en met 6) en de beide oma's, hadden allemaal onze eigen slaapkamer en badkamer. Het huis was groot genoeg met allerlei zitjes, zodat iedereen zich kon afzonderen als men dat wilde. En dan de tuin. Lekker groot om in te voetballen of met de speeltoestellen te spelen en dan als kers op de taart, natuurlijk het eigen zwembad. Groot zat om baantjes te zwemmen, en diep zat om lekker te duiken. Alles was super schoon en alles was aanwezig. De huiseigenaresse was ook super vriendelijk. Zij, en haar man gaven allerlei tips. We hebben in de vakantieperiode ook nog whatsapp contacten uitgewisseld en zodoende konden wij haar dingen vragen en kon zij ons op de hoogte houden wanneer haar man het zwembad en de tuin kwam onderhouden. De ligging van het huis is super. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is geweldig. Op nog geen 5 minuten afstand van het huis ligt Alhaurin, een dorp waar je een prima supermarkt hebt en diverse winkels en ook lekker restaurant (la higuera). Op een minuut of 20 ben je in Malaga of lig je op het strand. Verder liggen de bekende badplaatsen op zo'n 30 minuten afstand. Wij hebben diverse trips gedaan, te weten Gibraltar, Ronda en Sevilla. Dit ligt op respectievelijk 1,5, 1,5 en 2,5 uur rijden. Zijn niet in Granada geweest, want de kaartjes waren al uitverkocht. Tip voor de reiziger, bestel heel ruim van te voren je kaartjes voor Alhambra. Wij hebben in ieder geval een excuus om een keer terug te gaan.:-) Kortom, de combinatie van het perfecte huis, de gastvrouw en de omgeving maakte het echt tot topvakantie.

Perfektes Haus für Familien Urlaub

Wir waren Anfang August 2 Wochen. Pool und das klimatisiertes Haus war Perfekt um die fast 40 Grad sorglos zu genießen 😊 An dem Haus fehlte nichts, sehr rustikal eingerichtet, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Gastgeberin ist sehr sehr nett, alles klappte wunderbar, Pool wurde alle 3 Tage gecheckt und gepflegt, was bei diesen heißen Wetter nötig war 👍 Wir waren 2 Familien mit 4 Kleine Kindern dort, und würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus nehmen. Superlage, alles in der Nähe, großer Einkaufcenter „Carrefour“ sowie Lidl und Aldi. Nach Malaga 32min Marbella 38min. Vielen Dank Antonia, das wir das Haus nutzen durften und eine schöne Zeit dort verbringen durften. Saludos Paco y Familia

Fabulous villa

We had the most amazing time in this most beautiful villa. The owner was so very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Saying we could and did message her at any time. Showing us round the Villa when we arrived and went through everything in great detail. There are 10 of us and four bedrooms. We had two small grandchildren and we asked if they could set up a small bed in one of the bedrooms and it was no trouble at all . I can’t say enough about how fabulous the Villa is. It is so perfect. From the views, to the swimming pool and facilities. So many different areas to eat, drink or just relax and soak in the ambience. I have never been somewhere so perfect. My three children and their partners who are in their 20s and 30s all said that they had the most perfect time and would definitely go back. We went out a couple of times to visit the surrounding areas especially enjoying a beautiful village called Mijas Pueblo but preferred to stay by the pool and enjoy the views. We had everything we needed there. We could play our music by the pool and in the evening as there are no neighbours to affect. The kitchen had everything you needed. There was also an outside kitchen and barbecue area which were used on several occasions. The only downside is that we only booked for a week. We could’ve easily stayed two weeks or more . I can’t recommend it highly enough. We will definitely be returning.

Très belle maison bien située et au calme

Nous avons passé 15 jours de rêve dans cette belle maison bien équipée avec un agencement idéal pour 2 familles avec enfants. La piscine est à l’eau salée avec une protection pour les enfants. 2 atouts majeurs. La proximité immédiate de Malaga est un vrai plus ! Les commerces sont à 5 minutes en voiture. A refaire sans hésiter. Merci Toni, nous avons passé de super vacances.

Everything’s been absolutely perfect from booking until departure.. The booking process was fairly simple. In the time between booking and arrival I had a few questions and these were answered promptly, politely and very helpful.. At arrival we met up with the owner at the office who then showed us to the house and gave us a quick tour.. The house is pulled back from the road and gated, which is perfect when you’re traveling with small children.. The house is beautiful and exactly like shown in the photos.. and the view from the house is absolutely fantastic.. The house was clean and well maintained.. The documentations process and communication with the owner was hassle free.. All in all everything was absolutely perfect and we would definitely recommend this house to anyone.. 😉 Thank you for a fantastic holiday.. 😊

Absolutely amazing place. 2nd visit and will most definately be back! Cannot daily this place.

It’s our 2nd visit with family to this fantastic villa. It has all you can ask for! The house is clean and short of nothing! Breathtaking views day & night. Only thing required for this stay is car hire but also gives you more of a chance to venture out if you really feel the need from this tranquil retreat! A total gem. Great for kids with the sealed off pool and the swings and slides just give that little extra to keep them happy! This is a place to visit! We will be back! Thanks so much to the owners & Cubos for fantastic service again. We cannot recommend this place enough.

Fantastisk udsigt og udendørsområder

Det er et virkeligt dejligt hus og især udendørsområderne er helt fantastiske med terrasser i både sol og skygge hele tiden samt lækkert udekøkken. Poolen er perfekt til leg og boldspil da den ikke er alt for dyb ca. 100 cm i den ene ende og 200 cm i den anden ende. Vi var der i starten af oktober og poolen var ca 23 grader hvilket var fint. Beliggenheden er god, da man kan køre til mange interessante steder inden for en halv time og udsigten er fantstisk. Hvis man skal sige noget negativt er det eneste, at madrasserne i det store soveværelse er meget hårde og at der mangler krus og lidt flere køkkenting, men det er småting og ændrer ikke ved at de skal have 5 stjerner.

Magnifique villa . Tout est fait pour passer de superbes moments

Vraiment très contente d'avoir choisi la propriété de Toni qui est adorable et toujours disponible en cas de besoin .. la maison présente tout le confort nécessaire, seul bémol ( pour mon fils de 2 ans ) la télé ne captait pas , le réseau n'était pas fonctionnel pour regarder Mickey lol sans ça, nous sommes tous ravis ( nous étions 6 adultes et 3 enfants ) d'avoir séjourner ds cette belle villa et sa piscine sécurisée.. mais s'il vous plaît, n'y allez pas ! Laissez là nous lol

Great house, well situated, perfect service - thanks

The house delivers what the Pictures promissed. The Service from Juan (Agent) and Toni (the owner, who lives five minutes away) was very friendly, reliable and fast. Definitely five stars - thanks for the great holiday.

Very nice

It was a beautiful house with a very kind hostes. We stayed there for two weeks in Juli and it was very pleasant and quiet. Positive is Big house many rooms Big pool Good staying with kids The outside kitchen is perfect if you are two families Negative 30 min by car from the beach 10min from the shop in al haurin 30 min from malaga city But for us the positive weighs more because then you get a quite invorement. Thank you for good service and a good stay. We hope to come back next summer /Jim

Et fantastisk dejligt stort hus, hvor der ikke mangler noget, og med en fantastisk god beliggenhed.

Jeg kan varmt anbefale dette utroligt skønne hus.Der mangler absolut ingenting i dette hus, vi var 4 par afsted og nød det alle i fulde drag.Belligenheden er helt fantastisk med udsigt over dal og bjerge, som bla. blev nydt fra poolen Har man brug for Wifi så bliver man ikke skuffet, der er et imponerende kraftigt signal i og uden for huset.Det udendørs køkken med grill blev brugt flittigt (ikke dårligt at stå og vende bøffer med den udsigt)Byen Alhaurin el Grande ligger ca. 4 km væk, og har alt hvad man har brug for.Er man racercykel tosset som mændene i selskabet var, så kan man sagtens blive udfordret, feks. Med en tur til Ronda, 85 km med 1800 højde meter der er masser af andre heftige ture i området.En anden super ting er at man først betaler for huset når man har gennemgået huset med udlejer, som venter på en ved ankomst.Alt i alt et hus der kun kan få top karakter herfra

SUPER VILLA SHAME ABOUT THE DOGS

BEAUTIFUL VILLA, POOL AND COUNTRYSIDE ALMOST EVERY THING YOU NEEDED. DOWN SIDE-- CONSTANT DOG BARKING FROM NEARBY VILLA DAY AND SOMETIMES NIGHT KEEPT US AWAKE AND WAS NOT VERY NICE DURING THE DAY AS WE WANTED A RELAXING HOLIDAY ROUND THE POOL. ALSO SUNBEDS WERE PROVIDED BUT NO MATTRESSES TO GO ON THEM THE PLASTIC FRAMES WERE SO HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE . THERE WERE TWO SOFT LOUNGERS BUT THEY WERE FIXED IN ONE POSITION AND THE FABRIC WAS IN A POOR STATE. OTHERWISE THE OWNER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND THE VILLA WAS CLEAN AND IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.AMPLE AIR CONDITIONING WORKED VERY WELL AND THE POOL WAS PERFECT. DUE TO THE DOGS WE WOULD NOT RETURN.

Perfect stay!

We were two families staying in the house close to Alhaurin el Grande. There was enough space for the 4 parents and the 4 kids. 1 family stayed on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. The kids loved the pool. And the fence around the pool allowed us to control the acces for the kids. We used the kitchen daily and the bar-b-q grill, inclusive Paella grill quite often. Nothing was missing, everything was available. Toni and her husband Antonio helped us with finding good restaurants, shops, nice beaches and everything we were asking. We had a wonderful stay! Finally I forgot my key and Toni did send it back to me. Very kind! I would defentitly stay there again!

Superb Villa with Amazing Views!

We absolutely loved this property. It was comfortable, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The master bedroom, with its gorgeous balcony, was a delight, with stunning views over the pretty countryside. All of the bedrooms were well - appointed, very comfortable and each with it's own excellent bathroom. The kitchen was very well-equipped and this opened onto the beautiful summer kitchen, where we spent most of our time,enjoying the barbecue area next to the lovely pool area. Set in a lovely area of real rural Spain, yet close enough to Alhaurin- el- Grande, with all the facilities you could need.We could not fault this villa, nor it's lovely owners! Recommend this highly.

Fantastic Villa !!!

We thought this house was fantastic, the moment we opened the door we saw that everything was very clean, spacious and top class. Also a lot of space outside and the pool is fenced which was very nice for us as there was a 4 year old in the group. Owner was super friendly. The location was also excellent for us, you have your privacy and a wonderful view but you are also very close to the nice village Alhaurin which has a big supermarket and other neccessary things. Beaches and shopping malls are only 20-30 minutes drive away. If golf is your thing you have two golf courses close by, did not try Lauro golf but I would recocomend trying the adventurous Alhaurin golf course which is set in a beautiful mountain scenario. Highly recommend visiting the special town of Ronda. So everything suited us perfectly and we had a wonderful week in this fantastic house!
