    Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodation since 2005.



    Discover this beautiful newly built rural house, located in a privileged natural setting in Alhaurín el Grande. With capacity for 6 people and 100 m², it is the perfect accommodation for families and groups of friends looking for tranquillity, comfort and an excellent location to discover the interior of Málaga and the Costa del Sol.



    The property has 3 bedrooms, a bright living room with fireplace, air conditioning and direct access to the spacious terrace, as well as a fully equipped American kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer and all the necessary kitchenware for a worry-free stay. It also features wifi, mosquito nets on all windows and covered parking within the plot. 🏡✨



    The main star is its magnificent exterior. You'll find a spacious 100 m² terrace, garden, barbecue and a fantastic private saltwater swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the sun in complete peace and quiet with beautiful mountain views. ☀️🏊‍♂️🌄



    Its location allows you to combine rest with numerous activities, being very close to Alhaurín el Grande, Lauro Golf, Alhaurín Golf, Barranco Blanco, Fuengirola, Marbella, Málaga or the Caminito del Rey.



    The accommodation has air conditioning in the living room, does not allow pets and offers a cot upon request, making it an excellent option for family travel. As a recommendation, access to the property includes a short stretch of unpaved rural road that is somewhat narrow, although passable for standard cars.



    An ideal option for those who wish to enjoy privacy, nature and the charm of Málaga's interior in a modern and fully equipped house. ✨

We hebben een fijne week gehad

We hebben een fijne week gehad. Het contact was heel fijn, toen we dachten dat we geen warm water hadden stond de eigenaar snel voor de deur. De prijs kwaliteit is goed. Wel vonden we de bedden erg hard en waren er niet echt dekbed overtrekken voor de dekens, het is wel goed om te weten dat er een honden kennel naast is waar de honden af en toe blaffen. De omgeving is erg fijn en je bent zo in het dorp, de bergen zijn prachtig! Het huis heeft een fijn zoutwater zwembad en het is echt een klein paradijs als je ligt te zonnen aan het zwembad!

Tranquilidade

Óptima casa, bem localizada (30min Málaga/Marbella) com uma piscina agradável e um espaço exterior bem equipado. A limpeza estava óptima bem e todo o processo de comunicação com o proprietário foi fácil e eficaz. Achamos apenas que a cozinha deveria ter mais utensílios. Óptimo local de férias para quem tiver carro e queira descansar.

Trotz dass wir gegen 1 Uhr nachts erst an der finca ankamen, war es kein Problem mit der Schlüsselübergabe. Das Haus verfügt über eine riesige überdachte Terrasse. Der Pool ist auch schön groß und besteht aus Salzwasser, was nicht zu salzig war.

Outside space of villa is fantastic , cubos dealt efficiently with a few issues at the start of our stay in less than 24hrs ,fab communication ,a proper welcome pack would go a long way.Felt filling empty coke bottle with water was not acceptable on arrival , don’t actually know where the water came from. I do think it’s important to let holiday makers know that there is kennels behind villa , so I would say it’s not tranquil. Front bedroom definitely needs two new mattress on beds you can feel every spring and not comfortable to sleep on. The villa sleeps 6 so I think having cutlery to accommodate occupancy , decent glasses for wine and bigger tumblers would help as well, just needs a bit of kc inside. However we did made the most of our trip exploring .

The property was very good value and in a beautiful location with a very friendly and helpful host who was very responsive to all our questions. We had a few minor quibbles. The living space lacked light due to there being only 1 window looking out over a covered patio which was a shame as the weather was great. It also had only one two-seater sofa to serve up to 6 guests. The rest of the seating was a table and dining chairs.There was a lack of basic household provisions e.g. washing up liquid, sponges and draining rack, toilet roll, clothes horse (to dry washing during wet weather) etc.The property had excellent outdoor space with plenty of private parking, a pool and an external utility room but unfortunately we were unable to get the second shower in there to work.Overall we really enjoyed our stay and it was a great base for touring the sights around Malaga.

We had a bit of a problem locating the property as it was quite rural but that was down to me not reading the gps correctly. We were met and shown around the property where the facilities were good my only negative thought about the property was there was only a 2 seater settee and all the other seating were dining chairs, however as there were only two of us for the majority of the time this didn’t deter from our enjoyment. Overall an excellent months stay in a very nice rural location with all necessary amenities provided. Must say the wood burning stove was a godsend as it was quite chilly a couple of nights.

Très bon accueil

Très bon accueil. Maison très bien pour 5 personnes. Tarif correspondant à la maison et son environnement. Les seuls bémols concernant cette maison c'est de la trouver la première fois que l'on s'y rend, le chemin d'accès très cabossé, et la présence de chiens dans les alentours qui aboient très souvent et ce même durant la nuit. J'avais lu des commentaires qui le précisaient, mais je ne pensai pas à ce point.Je comprend du coup le tarif de location.

Je recommande ce logement, dépaysement assuré ! Nous avons apprécié de loger dans un endroit aussi reculé au calme et assez propre. Un petit chemin mène au logement mais une fois arrivée, c'est le calme et la tranquillité qui règne et la piscine d'eau salée est au top pour se raffraichir et se relaxer. Hote tres acceuillant et disponible et toutes les instructions nécessaires nous ont été donné à notre entrée.

Die Unterkunft entspricht dem, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben und auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Das Haus liegt zwar sehr abgelegen, jedoch wussten wir es auch im Voraus und haben uns dafür entscheiden. Der Check-in und Check-out verlief total einfach und auf Nachfragen wurde sofort geantwortet. Vor unserer Ankunft wurden sogar noch Sonnenliegen nachgerüstet. Zwei Makel hatte die Unterkunft leider trotzdem. Es gab in einer Dusche kein warmes Wasser (in der anderen hat es auch nicht lange angehalten). Ebenfalls haben die Nachbarn viele Tiere und durch das nahezu dauerhafte Bellen der Hunde (auch Hähne und Esel), hatte man Nachts Schwierigkeiten in Ruhe schlafen zu gehen. Tagsüber war es zwar auch zwischendurch laut, das hat uns aber weniger gestört.

La casa bien, la ubicación, muy mal.

Destaca en lo positivo por la limpieza, la climatización óptima y por la piscina, muy bien ubicada con sol todo el día. La tejavana para el coche, se agradece mucho también. La atención del propietario en caso de urgencia, como nos pasó con un problema de corte de la luz, muy buena Si tu idea es la de moverte para conocer alrededores, la nota se rebaja porque su ubicación es pésima. A media hora mínimo de cualquier sitio costero que quieras visitar, con puertos de doble sentido en algunos casos como la zona de Marbella o Mijas. El acceso rebaja aún más la nota por estar situada en una parcela alejada de cualquier atisbo de civilización, con dos kilómetros de carretera inhóspita y bacheada a los que añadir el tramo final de tierra entre bambúes a máximo 5km/h. A pie no irás a ningún lado. Eso sí, hay un Carrefour a 5 km Una vez dentro, el equipamiento es insuficiente. Pocos utensilios de cocina, menos aún de limpieza. Por no haber no había ni papel higiénico. En resumen, en Alhaurín el Grande hay una gran comunidad inglesa, predominantemente mayor, que se mueven poco. Si perteneces a este tipo de comunidad, te gustan los muebles rústicos, te relacionas poco con la gente y no te importa demasiado oír perros ladrando continuamente, éste es tu sitio.

Dès notre arrivée, nous savions que c’était l’endroit idéal pour nous détendre et nous relaxer. La finca est très bien située proche du village et en pleine campagne. Sa grande terrasse couverte avec son barbecue est juste à côté de la piscine d’eau salé. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire Paco et sa famille. accès très rapide avec Internet.

Casa rural cómoda

La casa es muy cómoda y está recién reformada. La piscina está genial. Muy accesible y Bonita. El hecho de tener el cuarto de baño fuera, al lado de la piscina, nos ha parecido un acierto. La barbacoa y el porche están genial. Hemos disfrutado mucho de esa zona. Consideramos que le faltaba mensaje de cocina (platos hondos, copas, tazas de café...). Los colchones de dos habitaciones (matrimonio y otra de dos camas) están vencidos y son muy ruidoso ( cada vez que te mueves suenan los muelles). El salón nos pareció poco confortable. Una casa para 6 personas en la que solo se pueden sentar 2 en el sofá. Echamos de menos poder sentarte a gusto para ver la tele. Por último, consideramos que la casa está muy visible a los vecinos. Pueden verte desde cualquier parte del exterior. Nos hubiera gustado un poco más de intimidad.
