With 277 m² distributed over three floors, the property is designed to offer privacy and comfort, combining spacious areas and outdoor spaces perfect for relaxation and leisure.



The location is unbeatable: just minutes from the motorway that connects with Málaga and other inland destinations, you will have easy access to natural excursions and the vibrant urban life of the Costa del Sol. In addition, you will find supermarkets, restaurants and golf courses at a short distance, as well as beaches and water parks for the whole family.



The exterior of the house has a fenced garden, private swimming pool and barbecue area where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with your loved ones. The plot includes garden furniture, children's area and outdoor parking in the same building. Tranquility and privacy are guaranteed in this space surrounded by nature and mountain views.



On the ground floor, with direct access from the garden, you will find a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen (includes refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and more), ideal for sharing moments with family. On this same floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, perfect for older people or those who prefer to avoid stairs, and a bathroom with a shower tray.



Going up to the first floor, you will have three additional bedrooms, a living room with television and a bathroom with a bathtub. This level also offers a cosy porch to relax while contemplating the landscape with a good book or a cup of tea. On the last floor, the jewel of the house: a spacious bedroom with a private terrace, double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower tray, which guarantees a warm rest with impressive views.



The house is equipped with air conditioning and heat pump heating, mosquito nets on all windows, washing machine, dryer and fireplace so that you can enjoy all seasons of the year with total comfort.
