L'usure se fait sentir, meubles abimés, divan différent des photos, table et chaises de salle à dîner inconfortable, etc. L'intérieur de la maison est propre, le patio par contre aurait besoin d'un bon nettoyage. Cette maison aurait besoin d'une remise à date et ne correspond pas au prix demandé. Piscine chauffé (267 euro\semaine) faire fonctionner le jacuzzi (207euro\semaine). »
