Villa Dominica is a spacious holiday home located in a quiet residential area, less than 1.6 km from the center of Carvoeiro and the beach. With a private heated pool and terrace overlooking the sea and Monchique mountains, it is the perfect choice for a family vacation.
The property features 4 bedrooms: 2 double en-suite rooms on the first floor and 2 twin rooms on the ground floor, along with 3 bathrooms in total. The first floor also includes a sunny terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and other essential utensils.
The spacious living/dining room invites relaxation and includes TV, DVD, sound system, and free Wi-Fi.
The villa's exterior offers total privacy, with a wide terrace, private pool, sun loungers, and a barbecue area to enjoy the Algarve sun. On the upper floor, a second terrace provides incredible views of the pool and surrounding landscape.
Additionally, there is a covered dining area and an outdoor kitchenette, ideal for relaxed moments with family and friends.
Just a 10-minute walk away, the center of Carvoeiro offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, as well as the magnificent golden sand beach.
A car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.
Pool heating is always an added value for your vacation, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €250 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices are for up to 8 people.
The 9th person will be charged an additional value that includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
