Prima service in een te klein jasje
De kamer had alles wat je hebben wilt, maar met name de badkamer en toilet was te klein. Er was ook geen ruimte voor de koffer. Wel geweldig lux was de lift en het ontbijt was goed en vriendelijk verzorgd. Om de stad in te gaan is het hotel goed gesitueerd, maar een strand vlakbij hebben wij niet kunnen vinden.

The only thing I can find fault with is this. The house is advertised as a B&B but I was asked to pay for breakfast upon arrival 10 Euros. I prefered to walk to the marina for a restaurant breakfast

Dear Alan, due to the proximity to Faro airport we have many customers who prefer to benefit from a reduced rate without breakfast as they have very early flights. You probably booked this rate without realizing it.It was a pleasure to welcome you and we will be happy to host you again.

What a great place. A 3 minute walk from the FlixBus stop and 5 minutes to the Old Town. We stayed here for 4 nights and couldn’t have been happier with everything. The staff is sweet helpful - providing directions, recommendations and much needed assistance with our future plans. We were Able to use the kitchen / terrace to eat dinner and relax. My only comment is that the toiletries need updating. Shampoo packages should be replaced with wall dispenser as they were impossible to open and not environmental. Otherwise perfection!

Great Location
Great location and very comfortable stay. Rooms are compact but comfortable. Has a living room/roof top patio that you can hang out in/on. Staff are super friendly and helpful with advice about places to see/eat. Leonardo at the front desk is wonderful

The room was very small. It was a room with bunk beds but there were no chairs to use. The room was tiny. The photograph of the room did not indicate how small it was.

Highly recommended for an overnight stop
We had a single night in Sunlight House between landing at the airport and travelling onwards from Faro station. Sunlight House is in the perfect place to explore the old town on foot and be able to walk to the station. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved being given a map and recommendations, and eating breakfast on the roof terrace. It was so helpful that they were able to look after our luggage. The room was basic, but that's what we paid for.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Has a great roof top terrace to enjoy your breakfast….which is very good. Quiet and walkable to the centre of Faro.

Convenient and friendly
Sunlight House was compact but clean and comfortable. Good for short stays. The breakfast on the terrace was excellent, and the service was friendly. Very convenient location. Parking was limited during our stay due to the town festival. Would suggest checking in advance if you will need parking.

I stayed 11 nights in a room with bathroom and I had no problem. The room was small but the bed was comfortable and the shower jet is good. I enjoyed it during my staying.

Awesome stay! The rooms are small, but comfortable. The staff at breakfast were always friendly, a little tip if you like sauce … bring your own! The breakfast is delicious but there’s no hot sauce or ketchup. Would love to go back!

Hotel très bien placé pour visiter faro à pieds et se rendre à l'aéroport Chambre propre et assez grande pour 3. On entend malheureusement trop des avions. Il ne faut pas oublier que l'aéroport est à moins de 15mm. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuné car ce n'était pas un buffet et qu'il était préparé et servi sur la terrasse. I y avait juste une omelette, un petit truc sucré, pain de mie beurre et confiture et par contre un vrai jus d'orange.

The management was very helpful. We arrived late and couldn't get a cab from the train station so they called a cab for us which was very helpful. Located in the old district of the town,which was good.

Great location, friendly staff
This was a lovely B&B, with facilities and a rooftop terrace. The B&B is spotless, well serviced and the breakfast was very good. Just make sure you let them know any dietary needs in advance. WiFi was fine. No TV in the room but we were fine with this. In a really good location in the Old town with several bars and restaurants a few hundred metres away. Staff really friendly, they also provided us with a packed breakfast on our last day as we had an early start. Great price and location. Would stay again.

Sunshine people at sunlight house
Brilliant location. Iris is a lovely spacious apartment. We arrived very late due to flight delays and the staff could not have been more helpful in staying open for us. Very warm welcome and great advice on things to do. Rooftop terrace and dining area is truly stunning and the restaurant staff could not have been friendlier and served us some delicious food at breakfast. Only small thing to be aware of is that the hall of Faro centre basically sits underneath the flight path for the airport and as such some aircraft noise is unavoidable but that does not just relate to this property, it would be relevant anywhere in central Faro.

This was an aptly named bed and breakfast accommodation since my room was bathed in sunlight owing to the large window. Sunlight house is centrally located in Faro only a short walk to the historic core of the city, My room was bright and spacious with a private bathroom. There was ample free public parking just steps away for my rent a car. The included breakfasts were of high quality and the staff were all courteous and professional - highly recommended when staying in Faro

Perfect.
We had a great couple of days at Sunlight. The staff could not have friendlier or more helpful, and we really liked having an outside space. The breakfast on the terrace each morning was a perfect start to the day.We plan to return one day.

Localisation excellente, personnel très aimable, très bon petit-dejeuner sur la terasse, chambre propre et confortable (nous avons pris celle avec salle de bain privée). On nous a permis de laisser nos valises avant notre check-in pour pouvoir aller profiter de la ville. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Very helpful staff who made you feel welcome. The room was fresh and the bed comfy with a spacious showroom. Breakfast was exceptional and served in the warm February sun on the roof terrace. Perfect! Very very reasonably priced too. There was local free parking and a launderette round the corner; walking distance to the marina and the old walled town.

Great terace
Nice Hostel with a beutiful kitchen and terace, very small room with an extremely small bathroom. Strange breakfast but we where offered bread and egg instead so no harm. Very friendly staff.
